Overall good product but I doubt some its accuracy

The band is not replaceable, the heart rate monitor can be off by as much as 10%, the phone call alert only works sometimes and it does not integrate directly with MapMyFitness. Used with Motorola Moto-X

Gave it a shot for 2 more days after the first day in hopes it would record more accurately once I played around with it more. It didn't so I returned and for a polar (what I had before). It is very accurate.

Bought for 9 year old daughter, she loves it! I love it has a clock so she knows what time it is.

Reviews online and on Amazon indicated this was the best Fitbit model and the best of this type of device in the market. I love it. The set up was relatively straightforward and the pink color is awesome. I would recommend this fit bit to anyone looking for a fitness tracker.

Purchased for my wife. She absolutely loved it. She wanted something other than in black and she picked the blue color. she only takes it off to charge it. Is helping her stay motivated to reach her fitness goals.

Charge HR is a great pedometer. The heart rate isn't extremely accurate when do cardio compared to my chest strap. It usually losses signal when heart elevated. Overall happy with the product

We bought this for my mother in law as a birthday gift and she absolutely LOVES it. It has helped keep her on track with daily exercise, pay more attention to getting enough rest, plus it has the ability to be connected to interchangeable bands and look like actual jewelry.

It is pretty cool in the beginning but after a while it starts dying fast and it doesn't accurately measure the exercise you do. It's also really hard to charge it because of the size of the cord .

My first got torn apart due to the heavy use it suffered. it was still working but the bracelet and plastic screen started to fall apart after 18 months of continuous use. This was on sale fore more than half of the original price so I bought the replacement.

This Fitbit helps my daughter to stay active and want to do more activities to meet her goal. After first purchasing it we did have to bring it back and get a new one because it quit working.

This Fitbit has become a part of me - love how it monitors my activity without interfering with my day. Recharges very quickly. Still haven't figured out the sleep feature yet. Didn't give 5 stars because the band is stubborn to take on and off.

This offered all the functions I wanted. However, I ended up returning it for one that did not look so sporty. I work in a doctor's office and it just didn't go well with the professional attire I wear. As far as the way it worked, wnderful!!

At about the year and 3 month point the plastic side with the button separated from the watch and broke off which also dislodged the button which can no longer be used. The screen on it is made of even worse material as it started scratching and chipping almost as soon as I got this. I got a screen protector on it before I could get too many scratches but then it started chipping. My husband bought his in Feb 2016. In June 2016 the band on his watched started separating from the face of the watch. His screen started to scratch just the same as mine. After I talked with FitBit they sent replacements for both our FitBits. We received our replacements Nov 2016. Feb 2017 my replacement FitBit started falling apart AGAIN. I contacted FitBit again and the agent I talked to pretty much said I'm out of luck but they'll offer me 25% off a new one. My mother bought a Charge HR as well and her battery was bad on it when she bought it. She ended up going back and forth with customer service a ridiculous amount of times before they would finally do anything for her. They told her one time it was because she charged it with the wall plug and not USB and how it would charge faster with the USB. I worked on computer and I can tell you that is a load. She eventually ended up getting it replaced but then right before you warranty ended the screen part like exploded from the watch and it could no longer be used. So all three people that I know that have had a Charge HR, have broke or came from the store broke. If you have money to waste and decide to get this anyways be sure to get every warranty you possibly can on it because chances are you'll need it more then once.

This version of fitbit doesn't slip off like the basic model. It is a good tracker but there some issues with syncing and heart beat display. It doesn't show the heart beat while exercising. Some times it won't sync well with your smartphone.

I wanted a lighter , yet fashionable activity tracker with the heart monitor. I do miss the flights of stairs that I had on my old Fitbit tracker. However, with this one I can wear bangle bracelets which I like. I believe it holds the charge better too!!

This was the third fitbit I've purchased. One for my gf and now for my mother. Aside from the built in wristbands, the items color was good. My mother doesn't use it as much as I would prefer but she liked it alot more than the plain black.

I love the charge hr, the graphs are great and it doesn't do a bad job with running, but I had hoped it would be somewhat close for lifting, but it is always in the 60s to 70s on the charge, while my actual chest strap heart rate is 120-170

I like this Fitbit very much. Finding it has more features that can be used with my IPhone. I recommend this for anyone. You can enter into competition with other users, use this to motivate yourself, or just stay connected with what you're daily activity is!

Very pleased with purchase. Fitbit Charge HR 2 wasn't available at this time, but I was instructed by my doctor to lose weight and I didn't want to wait for the new Fitbit to arrive, so I am losing weight and very pleased with purchase.
