Loaned my fitbit to my wife so she could track her walking. It was pretty difficult getting her to give it up. So I had to get one for her for Mother's Day. She is happy, and we have different colors, so no mixing them up.

Fits comfortably on my wrist. After a short while you do not notice it on your wrist. This is a great Faux coach to keep you moving. Has many metrics on the dashboard which aid you in whatever goal(s) you choose. Very pleased with my purchase.

I like my Fitbit HR and wear it all the time. Before I got it, I didn't think I would ever use it. Love it though. The only difficulty I've had with it is getting it placed on my wrist correctly to track heart rate!

I like my Fitbit but if I could change something it would be a more thinner comfortable wrist band. Wrist sweats and hard to work on computer with it. Other wise I like the dashboard. It seems to be quite accurate as well.

Great product. Just wish the band was more durable. After 6 months of everyday wear the plastic started to buckle/ separate. I wish there was a way to replace the covering/ band because the device is otherwise Great

What used to be Fitbits exclusive market, is now crowded with competition. This is a good thing for consumers, not so good for fitbit. Pros: A good basic exercise watch that can take some abuse. Styling. You either like it, or not. I prefer a no nonsense approach to my fitness gear, hence, I like it. Cons: Getting long in the tooth, given the competition. A little bit of a pain to set up. Maybe just me, but my other fitbit ( Surge ), was a piece of cake. Limited features. Small screen, goes with small size. A pro and con. Overall, a decent piece of gear if your not looking for all the bells and whistles.

This is a great product. It is reliable and has worked well. I did need replaced due to rubber peeling but Fitbit was a breeze to get it replaced. I do want the newer version soon but I will stick to this one until I have to replace!

Worked pretty good other than occasional sync problems then after 3 months it would not charge and then went dead. Cleaned battery contacts as suggested and tried multiple sub plugs to charge and no success. Very disappointed if they don't last longer than this and the warranty is 45 days!!! My next tracker might be another brand. I'm contacting customer support first to see if they will do anything.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. The watchband design is much better than the prior generation and the color options were great. Overall functionality has been great with no issues at all. Great online community as well.

Upgraded from the Fitbit Flex. Perks are the ability to see your stats without having to log into the Fitbit app. Only thing I would change is the ability to change the band like you can on the Flex. Otherwise very happy with the upgrade.

Awesome Fitbit! I wore it daily for a long time. The only problem I had with it was that the orange got to be dingy and I was unable to clean it effectively. I upgraded to a newer device in black. Definitely recommend a dark color!

It takes about 30 min to sync and the battery only lasts one day. When it died, it must re-sync or time is off. It's a pain.

I got this Fitbit to try and keep track of my walking and heart rate. I only had it a day before I started feeling an ache in my foreman in the arm on which I wore it. It wasn't on too tight but the pain was constant. When I removed the Fitbit after a few minutes the pain was gone. I switched arms and loosened it as much as I could but where the heart monitor would still work. Once again the same pain. I looked up to see if other had the same experience and found that they had. Though none could agree on the actual cause. I really liked all the features and style. But the pain wasn't worth it.

Got this to upgrade my current fitbit, had been waiting for this to come out, was not happy with it at all, it did not keep accurate steps, returned.. very disappointed.

My wife is a workout beast and wanted a watch like this to track her daily exercises. I purchased it for a great price and she used it until I purchased her the newer model. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my mom, super easy to get used to, water resistant, which is good for those of us who wash our hands often. I like to see all information on my wrist rather than check phone often, so the Fitbit Charge HR is excellent.

Had a hard time getting it set up,finally had an appointment to have the Geek rep do it at the store---so easy for them, The fit bit program is great. ; makes you adjust your activity levels to a more healthy level.

I have the black my wife had the tangerine and the only issue is hers get dirty very quickly almost like the color comes off we have tried everything to clean it but just doesn't work other than that all good !!!!

I love my FitBit! But I equally love the warranty that we purchased when getting it as we have had to use it already. Above the screen, the band seems to pull away from the screen. This has happened twice to me.

This is my second Fitbit and it's even better! I love the new face on it and it's so much easier to see. All the features are helpful in motivating me to stay on target and maintain my goals. I never go anywhere without this.
