Purchased the Charge HR because it was the best package that included heart rate monitoring. Overall, very satisfied but it can be a bit uncomfortable when worn for an extended time.

Looses its battery quick. Not a good estimate sleep time, steps or stairs I've taken. I'd would rather just saved $50 and got the $100 one.

This item will not keep charge. I bought the warranty and I bet will be returning this item multiple times to get new fitbits that will work.

I wore my fitbit everyday. After about a year the band begin to buckle, I returned it to fitbit and it was replaced. So far so good.

My son wears this all the time and he like to keep track of his daily steps and heart rate. I am not sure how accurate the step count is, or heart rate for that matter. But I think it is fairly close.

I think this is a great item to remind myself to move more all day long. it is not so much to reach the 10000 steps but too see how little one is moving and deciding to get moving.

i bought this as a birthday gift for my wife who is not the most tech savy person. She download the app without any problem & has so enjoyed keeping up with her daily activity as well as her sleep!

This band is stronger and thicker than the Fitbit Flex. The tracking chip is not removable from this band. My athlete teenage daughter alternates between these two models, and likes them both.

This is the perfect step tracker! It has several different alarms that can be set, looks great on your wrist as a sport watch and has small reminders to keep you moving, to eat and to sleep.

my activity level has increased and I love that I can link with other fit bit users. I have trouble hearing so linking with my android lets me know when I have and incoming call

The small size and low profile make working out with easy without the use of cumbersome heart rate monitor straps. It keeps a very accurate heart rate and workout information.

Used it to track sleep and that worked great. The only issue I had was the part that touches your skin under the watch hurts my arm.

Only wanted it for the program my job was offering. Now I utilize it everyday. Only had one issue with it when it didn't connect to my phone but after I contacted service it works perfectly fine.

My wife wanted a Fitbit. I went online to research one that would fit her needs. She loves it. The charge HR meets her needs and beyond. She hardly takes it off. Great product

I really like the original Fitbit with the different write band material. The new one or at least this black one bugs the crapout of my skin but my old purple one didn't. I still love Fitbit.

Been using Fitbit since 2015, very useful and light. Lost my first one so I chose to get another color. The band is longer but color is slightly different from the picture.

It wasn't accurate. There were multiple nights where I know I didn't sleep from insomnia and said I slept all night. Made question the rest of its capabilities so I returned it.

This item has helped me to see how much I actually walk. Make sure to check the walk stride that is programmed in it. At first it didn't count all my step until I changed it.

The Charge HR is smaller than the Surge and Blaze. I have worn all three styles. The Charge HR fits my small wrist the best out of the three. Con: the pink gets dirty quickly
