Love this product, only complaint is that the screen scratches really easily...I had mine less than two days before scratching the screen. Other tha that it has been awesome

I went to Best Buy to make a purchase for mothers day. I bought the nicer fitbit because of ratings and product function. My wife has not even used it yet or set it up. FML

The Fitbit HR is overall good. The wristband connection being like a watch wristband is way better than the other fitbits. The biggest downfall is that it is not waterproof.

Absolutely what I needed to track and monitor fitness and the caller id a definite plus!! Right size, right fit. Gives me all the data I need to make it to a healthier me! Absolutely love it!

Got this as a gift for my wife. She immediately loved it and started keeping track of her fitness. She has used it for a good while now and it holds up to some pretty extreme conditions.

I PURCHASED THIS FITBIT FOR MY MOM FOR MOTHERS DAY TO HELP HER TRACK HER STEPS AND TO ALLOW HER TO COMPETE WITH OTHERS. BEST GIFT EVER. SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. AND THE SETUP WAS SUPER EASY.

Love the fit bit and is good for keeping yourself accountable. If your are a bicyclist, will not do a good job of tracking activity. Stairs also don't calculate correctly.

The product did not produce accurate readings. Sleep time was far from accurate and stairs ascended did not work at all. The stairs climbed were over an 8-9 elevation and the unit did not read the ascend at all. Product was returned.

I purchased this after one was purchased for me (different model). Excellent gift because it serves a useful purpose. I am rough on everything and so far mine has held up to the beatings.

Great product especially for the active individuals that run a lot and sweat a lot. Has held up pretty well so far and am active every day.

Got this for my now ex. She enjoys it and wears it all the time. Glad it works for her, too bad I lost the $100 and will never get it back. Oh well, you live you learn.

Second one purchased, first one broke, got a new one (Best Buy Warranty, no questions asked). Gave new one to my daughter, then bought one for myself! She too loves it's functionality.

I enjoy this fitness tracker but truly wish it was illuminated. There are times when seeing the time would be helpful since with this I don't always wear a watch

I love this product. It's compact and light with lots of functions. It even reads your exercise when you don't ask it to. Only wish it was more accurate and had gps

Have yet to have any issues with the product, it seems to do a good job at tracking movements. It may not be 100% accurate, but it's more than enough to give an idea of movement per day.

Really love my Charge HR. This fitness tracker is a lot better than the original charge. The heart rate monitor is pretty accurate. And you don't have to worry about it falling off.

I'm just getting back on to the fitness scene so I thought I needed a FitBit... to be like everyone else! (LOL) But after verifying that I walk 10K steps a day, not being to sleep with it on to track my sleep (because it irritates me to have it on while I'm sleeping), and not really caring about my heart rate, I couldn't justify keeping it especially for the price of the device. Otherwise I had no problems with it. Enjoyed the fitness challenge I had with fellow FitBit users before I returned it!

imo the best fitbit device out. wear it all the time. avg 5 days of battery life. prefer over the alta and blaze. only drawback is it doesn't receive texts like the blaze. 2 thumbs up!

Great tool to help track and motivate yourself and get out of the arm chair. My wife is using it daily and likes the size and features. She recommends this wearable.

This is a gift to mom. I like mine and wear everyday. However, my mom got a bit itchy and allergy on her wrist when wearing it, and she did not wear it all the time.
