I bought this Fitbit to track my sleep. I find it helps me to be more careful about my food choices & activities.

I am over-the-top excited with my Charge HR! The app includes an area to calculate food intake and calories (and whether or not you're under, over, or in the zone), as well as monitoring water, exercise, and more! It also has challenges where you steps take you through National Parks. I HIGHLY recommend this activity tracker - my husband and I LOVE ours! (We're currently using them in conjunction with DietBet and I personally am already down 5 pounds. Score!)

I have used other Fitbit products for years, but this one did not work properly at all. the Heart Rate was slightly off, which is typical, but also very slow to respond. The WORST part though was that this would never track my sleep anywhere near accurately. I spent 2 weeks communicating back and forth with Fitbit's tech support, and as far as I'm concerned, the problem just kept getting worse - so I finally gave up and returned this.

Bought this Fit bit for my wife and she loves it! It tracks your steps accurately and helps keep us healthy!!

Device works great with no problems. It took multiple attempts to get it to sync with phone.

You can't go wrong with the Fitbit HR. I love knowing what my hr is at during my workouts.

Seems pretty accurate. My favorite thing about it is the sleep tracking function.

Purchased for my daughter. She really likes the slick clean design. Very user-friendly.

Works as advertised and easy to use. Only issue is minor - slow sync with mobile app.

Buy the extended warranty. I'm on my second. Step counter is very inaccurate. You can be sitting in a chair or driving your car and it tells you you just walked 10k steps. The pin in the band comes out so be careful not to lose it all together.

Excellent gift for you or someone else! Able to HR and activity tracker

I was excited to track my fitness progress with the charge hr. However, after a little over one month of use, it stopped syncing with my Fitbit app. The clock is also three hours ahead, even though it is set on the correct time zone. I tried everything the website recommended, and nothing worked. I contacted customer service, who was very friendly, but told me they didn't know what the problem was. They informed me someone would get back to me in a couple of days. I'm very disappointed that I spent $150 on this for it to stop working so soon. What's the point of having a fitness tracker if you can't track anything? Will not be purchasing any trackers from this brand again.

Easy use & great motivation when used with friends.

I've had the Fitbit charge HR since Christmas and I love it. It really made me aware of my sedentary lifestyle, and now I feel weird if I don't have it on. It would be five stars if it would just buzz/message me when I've been inactive for too long, especially since I work on a computer all day.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She wears it frequently and enjoys using the app. It has several functions but, really likes that it keeps track of her daily step count, heart rate and notifies her when she receives a phone call. Very light weight and holds a charge for 4 or 5 days.

My wife got this for Christmas and I have had nothing but problems syncing it. So I visited fitbit to figure how to fix it and What do I find. Fitbit knows they have a problem with some charge HR not syncing and say they are working with their engineers to fix it. But try their other sloutions to fix it in the meantime. Ooh by the way you may have to do this multiple times. I tried all the fixes still no luck. Not worth the money

My wife's only complaint with this fitbit is that she experienced some kind of rash from either the band or the contacts that keep the fitbit in contact with the skin. There was some redness for a couple of days, but it appears to have resolved.

I turned it on and set it up online and automatically it said I burned 762 calories and walked 56 steps. My calorie logged dated back to 2013 and farther and I never had one of these before. I contacted a representative from Fitbit and they had no clue what was going on and were making up excuses they were saying "simple arm movements can do this", but I never even put the device on. The representatives weren't understanding what I was trying to say and kept making excuses for me to keep it and got very defensive when I said I was returning it. I even reset the device to factory settings and even that didn't work. I'm very disappointed and I am going to return it asap.
