Got this watch for my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary. That was 2 weeks ago. She still has to open the box. I bought it for her because she goes walking each morning. Plus she keeps telling me that her sister had gotten one from her children last Christmas and that the sister uses it daily. It's flabergasting that she hasn't even opened the box yet.

This product is great for athletes and regular use. It has many features that inspire people to get in shape!

Bought this for a gift for my daughter. Like it better than mine, fitbit flex. Thinking of getting one for me.

I purchased the item as a present. The person stated he liked it but prefer the armour fitbit.

This was a gift & my son is really enjoying it & uses it's features constantly to track his workouts & steps.

It works like it should..... But not for me. The number of steps taken doesn't seem to be accurate.

I love that this fitbit synchs with my phone. So easy to keep track of my fitness activities.

I like it, but now that their are reports that it is not acurate at all, maybe hold off on it

Bought 2 of these for prizes, and the recipients loved it and still use it till date. Its been a year +.

My wife is using and so far she really like it for exercise and to keep track of her calories

The sales people in best by are excellent and assist you when needed.

I'm really glad they came out with some more colors for this tracker. The black was getting old and outdated.

We have 2 of these units. My wife's would not sync up with her account. We made 5 different calls over the course of 2 weeks to get this resolved. Customer and Technical support was useless. When requesting a replacement - our request took one month to be approved. Product is great when working but look out if you have any warranty issues.

It was giving me false readings. while I was sitting at the computer it stated I was working out.

This is definitely an addiction.It has changed my life in such a positive way .I've become much more active.

This tracker is light and ties into your iPhone with many fitness metrics. The wife likes it.

This is a great fitness tracker. I just wish the display was larger like the Samsung devices.

I have it connected to my phone and it advises me when call and messages are received. A very useful gadget

I, too was one of the lucky people who purchased the CHARGE HR before available to the public. I have been an avid user of Fitbit Flex for over a year and a half (bought it the day it came out). I decided to upgrade my old Flex to Charge HR for couple reasons: 1) the screen (even though small). I love to be able to see how many steps I took on the actual device than pulling out my phone, sync the data and THEN see my steps. Plus I could use it as a watch!!! 2) auto sleep mode - I sometimes forget to activate the sleep mode (or forgot to "wake" it up) on Flex and don't remember what time I actually went to sleep so I didn't track my sleep regularly. But with this, I can just simply fall asleep and it will track my sleep by itself!! (And let me add it is very accurate!!). 3) the clasp - I almost thought about just getting CHARGE without HR but I just love the watch look on this little device and so glad I waited! Going from Flex to this took a while to get used to but at least with Charge HR, I don't have to worry about having my watch, my flex and my road ID band on my wrist!! 4) heart rate - I could really just got by without HR monitor but since it was $20 more, I said "why not!?'). I have Garmin watch (for run) with HR strap that I hardly wear because it is uncomfortable. But with this, I could hardly notice that it is tracking my heart rate ALL DAY without feeling trapped. 5) caller ID - love it! My phone is on silent almost all day and it's nice to get an alert when someone calls :) Overall, I'm very happy with Charge HR!! But if I'm happy with it, why only give 4 stars?? Well, here are a few things that could be improved to make me want to give 5 stars :) 1) wish it is waterproof like FLEX. I don't normally swim but it would be nice to not worry about taking it off before jumping in the pool or in the ocean. 2) wish the band was inter changeable... Lol but glad I got black so it matches with any outfits!
