Purchased this as a 2nd refrigerator to store extra food. Keeps food cold and frozen I like the glass shelves

We bought the frig about 1 month ago. It worked perfectly for about 3 weeks. About a week ago, I went to get a cold drink out of the frig, when I noticed it was making an odd sound. Then I noticed that the side adjacent to the handles was very hot to the touch! I moved the frig further away from the wall to improve air circulation. No improvement. Then, I reduced the internal cooling dial from just above medium to medium. It seemed to help reduce the degree of heat coming from the side casing, but did not eliminate it. We then called BB to ask for a replacement. They demurred directing us to the their Geek Squad. The GS member who was assigned to the call was knowledgeable and did a good job of assessing the problem ( he thinks a cooling fan is overheating.) A repair man is due tomorrow to fix the problem. In sum, I would not buy this product again. My guess is that a percentage of this model are comprised due to faulty or low quality construction. If the repair doesn't do the job, I hope we can get another model.

This is a very loud machine and I deeply regret ever buying it. The store doesn't have these machines plugged in and the salesperson assured me it was quiet. Did I mention this is a VERY LOUD MACHINE. Bad choice. I certainly will never buy Frigidaire again. Now I need to relegate this machine to my garage and find a good machine. Did I mention this machine is VERY LOUD?

I had to buy a new refrigerator b/c my old one was leaking water onto my floor. This refrigerator looks great, works great, and has a great price. The service I received both in the store and when it was delivered was awesome. I love this refrigerator. I could not be happier with this purchase.
