This air conditioner was easy to pick up, install in the window and has been working well thus far. We do need a fan to circulate the air but that might be because it is keeping the living room cool but is close to other rooms which is harder- can’t reach more than the allotted sq ft. Looks nice and is easy to use; has 3 settings which I like

works perfect in my office. room becomes ice cold within minutes how ever is pretty loud. didn't want to deduct a point cuz I assume every other wall mounted ac unit is pretty loud. but the installation was a piece of cake everything was included in box for installation. unit is pretty heavy so a 2nd pair of hands wouldn't be a bad idea.

This Air Conditioner cooled my living room/dining room in rapid time. The temperature is set on 73, and it gets real chilly sometimes. I will buy another one before winter comes in to replace the one in my bedroom. I wanted a 12,000 btu, but BestBuy was out and I needed something fast, so I got the 10,200 btu It's perfect, I don't need the 12,000 btu one.

I wanted to get a 12000 BTU unit but this was the only one available. Pleasantly surprised by the unit as it cooled the front half of our house with ease. While it was approaching the upper 90 degree temperature outside we were cooling out at a mild 72 degrees inside. Worked better than expected and my darling said it was the best purchase we have made in a long time. Only 4 stars because it is just a little bit on the loud side.

Purchased the 10kbtu. it came dented on the left side and top. Inwws all pull some of the dent our. It is not a compact unit and requires 2 people to install. It's easy to install the side pieces and the top rail. It is loud on low but it's not quiet either. The display doesn't tell you temp but what temp you've set the unit for. The remote is weird but it works. It cools quickly. Happy with it.

A/C works great for my living room. In a short matter of time it cools the room tremendously!! The size of my living room is not huge but it is not small either and it did its job. It came with all the screws etc. that is advertised on the box, nothing was missing. I would definitely purchase this A/C again for another room.

Rated for 450 sq ft, but I have it in my unfinished basement of 520 sq ft. I run it on eco on 90 degree plus days and it cools great. Run it on high and you now have a very cold room. The romote works very good as well, and I use it from accross the room to turn the unit on/off with no range issues.

This addition to my collective (added to the three I have) has been a huge improvement in cooling my home. This unit is is a 10,200 BTU 450 Sq. Ft. of cooling and puts out better than the 12,000 BTU 550 Sq. Ft. Kenmore Window Unit that is across the 28 feet of my Double Wide Home. The out put of the fan is a lot better and the addition of this unit has all of them running less than they were. With the Unit on Auto Fan and Eco Cool this unit DOES SHUT OFF AS SOON AS COOLING SETTING HAS BEEN REACHED !!! The Specifications on this Unit (and others) states there is NO AUTO SHUT OFF, to which I say there is unless the manufacturer means something else ? THIS UNIT DOES SHUT OFF ON FACTORY SETTINGS WHICH ARE THE ECO SETTINGS. The three fan speeds offer a wide range of cooling times. The other Kenmore Unit across the room from this one will get replaced by another one like this Frigidaire in the near future !! Going Frigidaire All The Way !!

This 10,200BTU, as stated, unit is MUCH larger physically than the 12,000btu unit I got 7 years ago. It’s more efficient though also. Back then, 10.8 EER was the best you could get. This one is 12.0/12.1 EER. Seems to be working very well and is pretty quiet for its size. Fan seems adequate and the ECO mode seems to be working properly as unlike the older 12K unit it replaced ran constantly like it couldn’t keep up whereas this one actually shuts off from time to time. Do not like that Frigidaire has decided to do away with drain holes in the bottom of units. Instead, I guess, they rely on the fans flinging the water out of the units and, according to them, the compressor fan actually throws water up onto the compressor as sone sort of cooling “feature”. Not too sure this is a good idea. Seems like a good mosquito breeding ground for the outside area, a great place for Legionalla bacteria to set up shop on the inside room air cooling area. Guess time will tell.

great model has all the capabilities on being one of the better air conditioners on the market for a good price should be a heavy hot seller for a time the machine blows out cool air wonderfully very comfortable i like to lay down and sleep w/ it on certain times of the day i recommend the air conditioner to people with good intention

It cooled my whole living room and kitchen area much more than I anticipsted, it's a dehumidifier as well which in Oregon is very important. Definetly a good buy on a hot day. I was hoping to purchase the 15000BTU unit but this is what was ready for pickup and it worked better than I expected

This was the best deal summer 2019 10kbtu 450sq ft for $300+, in contrary this summer has 8k btu 350sqft for the same price but get less. This is a great unit and still running definitely recommend however bestbuy no longer carries these.

Needed an air conditioner to replace my much smaller and old one. Have a one story 3 bedroom home and it cools the entire area! I love the economy mode as I can leave it on all day and it maintains the set temperature without running constantly.

Works great keeps our lg. Living cool ! We purchased 2 of them and have them on 24/7 our electric bill is even cheaper then putting on the central air on. Weather has been in 100's and still keep it cool and comfortable for us!!

I use this to cool my railroad apartment. I set it with the remote to shut off 4 hrs after Turjinf it on. The rail road apart are three spaces 12by 10 ft, 12 by 12, and 12 by 8 feet. As well as a bedroom when that food is left open.

I brought this unit for my son"s room. He had also order one online for the same price. The unit from Best Buy covered more cooling area for the same price. We returned the one online. The unit was easy to set up and cools great for a large bedroom.

Bought this to use in my bedroom and I can guarantee that penguins and eskimos would approve this thing in a heartbeat beat. keeps my room cold as ice and the remote control works a dream.
