Really nice air conditioner for the money. Works well and is reasonably quiet. My only issue is that it arrived with two pretty good sized dents: one on the right upper back, and the other on the right lower front. I was tempted to return it, but decided to straighten them myself as best I could, and see what happened. Turned out fine, but it was worthy of a return. Take note of the condition of the box when it arrives.

Excellent quality great price and cold my living room

The sales people were very knowledgeable about all the units and it helped me make a decision as to which unit would be best for my needs. The unit has worked great. It is a quiet and is very efficient. Our apartment has never been this consistently cool.

I've had other ac's where the condenser may be great, but the fan doesn't flow as fast as it should. This ac does well at both. I'm using in a combination LR,DR,kitchen open plan totaling @400 sq ft and it does a good job when temp is in the 90's and humid. Doesn't seem to struggle to keep rooms at 72-73°. Highly recommended

Easy to place on window and keeps room cold and quiet

The unit is great keeps the rooms at where we need them on hot days, Noise is not bad at all remember it is a window a/c unit and they will make some noise when they run, only thing i had to do to both units we got was drill 2 small holes for drainage away from the compressor and parts if you do not know how to do this do not attempt it if you hit any parts or the compressor its over no more a/c, only bad thing was we got two units and both had damage on the cooling fins it was kinda bad but the unit still works as it should these where in sealed undamaged boxes so im sure it was caused at the factory, when i called the store the employee told me there was nothing they could do for me it would have to be handled thru the manufacturer so i just kept them because it was hot i needed a/c i also never contacted the manufacture because i did not think they would do anything also.

Its a good size ac.. It works for 600 Sq ft apt...

Quiet ac cooling for large rooms and easy to install

I live in Virginia, it gets really humid in the summer and getting on in years has led me to get an ac for my office. Installation was thru Best Buy, great installer, awesome. AC thermostat keeps my temp right at 78 deg, and I can breathe again.

I am so pleased with my air conditioner. I placed the A/C in the living room of my 1 bedroom apartment and it does a wonderful job of cooling off my space and keeping the whole apartment comfortable. I would recommend this product hands down.

I bought this AC late in the Summer for my son's room which is about 15' x 18'. The window it's set in is exactly 22 inches wide which was a *very* snug for for this unit, so snug in fact I had to temporarily remove several sheet metal screws in the sides of the AC enclosure to get it in the window. I also own the similar but larger 850 sq ft model which is used in a much larger room. The AC easily cools my son's room on days when the outside temp runs into the mid 90's, runs fairly quiet at the "low" setting and is easy to operate and maintain. Cleaning the lint screen is simple, just pop open the front grill and remove the screen and vacuum or wipe it with a dry towel or cloth. Perhaps my only very minor complaint is the remotes' setting descriptions don't exactly mimic the AC front panel controls which can be a bit confusing to first time users. But that's what the manual's for. Overall, decently priced and does what it's supposed to do.

Easy Installation of the unit and it’s not too heavy. The unit cools extremely well and we have it installed in a room that is a little larger than the specs call for. The kids actually had to turn the temperature warmer because they couldn't sleep due to it being to cold.

We have been using the air conditioner part time for the last month. We have had no problems. The remote control works great. When we get moved in permanently, we will use it more. But it reduces the humidity quickly which makes a big difference. Installation was easy.
