Does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a bigger unit, so it cools my whole 1,000 sf house. It’s not super loud. The remote doesn’t have a lighted screen, so you can’t see it in the dark, which means you need to turn the light on to turn the a/c up or down. That would be my only complaint. Hasn’t affected my electric bill very much. I’d buy it again.

Worked great to cool our upstairs but is a little noisy at times

This is a perfect window unit for additional cooling of the space it says it is made for! It is very quiet and even comes with a remote! I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to buy one. It was very easy to get installed and working in no time.

Bought two of these air conditioners and they're functioning very well! One of these is being used to cool down half of our basement which includes two bedrooms and a small living room. Even on the super hot days this summer, we've been able to stay cool!!

Works great, house is nice and cool, easy to install

This unit is great keeps our small room at a solid 67 degrees even though the outside temp is 115 without a struggle. Comes with all the necessary hardware and some pieces of insulating foam for the install. Overall great product for the price.

My husband went above and beyond on the purchase of a window AC when we already have central air. But this ac does the job and then some! This one window AC could cool my two story duplex when it’s purposely meant for one room!!!! Love it!

This Air Conditioner has truly saved us this summer with the hot weather. Our house tends to heat up fast and keeps being very warm at night. This AC even though it is in our living room, has managed to keep most of our house cool for the summer.

My A/C died over Memorial Day weekend and the repair guy could not get the part until Tuesday and it was Friday! After one night and 2 days in the HOT Florida sun I went out and got this unit. I love that it comes with a remote!

Keeps my entire room cool on those hot summer days. I love how there's a remote for it as well. I think all AC's should have this. Saves the time of having to walk across the bedroom to a window just to change to a temp you can sleep in.

This air conditioner keeps our three main rooms cool. We installed it in our dining room and it keeps our adjoining living room and kitchen cool as well. This is an old style house, so we're talking about a fairly large area. Of course we use fans to circulate the air, but I am pleased with the results.

Bought this for temporary use until my central ac could be fixed. Had it in my master bedroom which is a large room with a sitting area on the second floor. Kept the entire room very cool and comfortable and was relatively quiet.

The product itself is amazing, works great and is very strong. However! It is NOT 10,200 BTU. The box says 10,000 BTU. Now would the 200 BTU really have mattered? No but it product page should be consistent with the product.

Read the reviews and didnt know what was what but i just picked it and took a chance! All i can say it has alot of punch to it! Some nights we have it set at 70 and its cold! So far so good with this product.

This window unit is absolutely great, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an air conditioner! It cools well, has lots of different settings, and even comes with a remote.

So glad I read reviews and chose this Frigidaire AC! We’ve been using it throughout this hot, humid New England summer. Works perfectly and keeps our house pleasantly chilly, even in economy mode! Highly recommend!

Works great for the rooms I need it to cool. It has clearly marked buttons and easy to use and set up. You'll just have to know how big the room it will be in is and you should be good

Cools more than expected with no effort. Automatically shuts off and on when temp. changes in the room. i have it cooling 3 rooms. love the remote also. Also not noisy. Would refer to a friend.

I have two of these in my 1200 sq ft house. They are enough to keep it comfortable on those hot days. With my house size I probably should have went with at least one 12,000 btu but these do a good enough job.
