Enjoy shopping at Bestbuy - staff is always helpful. We haven’t used the air conditioner for very long because we purchased at the end of the season. It is quiet and cools the room quickly.

I needed to replace my Haier Window unit, which just stopped cooling after 4 years. It was more cost effective to replace than repair. I have a large bedroom, and this had a better BTU rating than my Haier, but the the annual cost were about the same. I love the "Sleep" feature which raises the temperature over night, then cools it down just before you should wake. It really lower the power usage. My model has a remote with a thermostat. It senses the ambient temperature from across the room instead of at the unit. This is a good thing! The one thing that is missing, that my Haier had was a dehumidifier mode. But in reality, I never used it. I will likely replace all of my window units with Frigidaires.

I use this to cool the first floor of my house, with a fan blowing it from my bedroom. The only thing I would caution is pick it up from best buy because my ac was damaged during shipping.

Well , I choose this Frigidaire Brand ? I Has Been Use other Frigidaire Brand Stove , Refrigerator ,indoor A/C, Outdoor A/C . It Still Working good and the Price is Fair . No need to worry .

This air conditioner is great and I only use it on low because it gets very very cold and I have a big open space. I recommend this product to everyone who came to my home and said “it freezen in here”.

Not to noisy, I couldn’t live without the remote. Works perfectly for my needs. I had Best Buy install, they were on time and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. I would buy again.

Was easy to put together and easy to install in the window it had to go in. Replaced a dead Kenmore unit that had a compressor failure. My mother likes the remote control. (It's in my mothers house).

we bought it mist of summer heat wave , installed professionally and it works like a charm , we had no problems at all , keeps temperature cool and dry wil buy it again and would recommend it too

Best air conditioning I've purchased works great and I got a great deal with best buy. No problems setting it up. Keeps my house nice and chilled.

my central air went down in the summer, i bought 2 of the same model and they ran constantly for 2 months until my A/C was fixed, never had a problem and they really cooled the house.

Great air conditioner blows very cold and a lot of wind. The remote works very well with the temperature on it. It will cool pretty decent size room.

Bought this A.C before the first heat wave of the summer and didn't want to leave the house. It cools up two good size rooms in minutes. Definitely would recommend this a.c to anyone

East to use and set up it worked when the house Ac went out did not cool whole house didn’t expect it to cooled the room it was in good tho and it helped it’s a good buy

This air conditioner is quiet, it cools the room fast. Installation was quick. I still have not received my first electric bill with this unit, lets see how that goes.

Bought this air conditioner for my master bedroom and it keeps my room really cold. Love they way it works allows us to keep the bedroom cold for sleeping at night.

Great A\C unit , it’s very rare to buy an air conditioner that has a low , medium and high setting for cooling that does a great job. I highly recommend this product.

This air conditioner was easy to set up and has kept our living room kitchen area very comfortable. It is reasonably quiet too. Hope it continues... looks good also.

This AC cools off my entire house. I just put a small fan on to circulate the cool air into the main room and I don’t need to turn on any other AC in my house.

I did tons of research I called and talked to them and got someone that works there that owns the one I wanted was told what to do and followed all the instructions which included writing down the full name all the details including the SKU number the model number I even wrote the whole title and sent the link to the page and the person that was helping my mother send home the wrong one he sent home the Lesser one and this was during a sale. they had the correct version but he looked at it and didn't bother to check close enough to get the numbers right so we ended up with one that cannot keep up with the house cannot keep the house cool enough definitely not in this heat and once it was put in we noticed there was a gigantic crack through the whole inside that you cannot repair and once it's put in it's nearly impossible to get back out and we just happened to have no vehicle at the moment because that broke down too so we had no way to re borrow a car and get it back there in time before the sale ran out so we would have had to pay more money yet to get the correct version for a mistake we did not make so now bugs are getting through that giant crack I called and complained and they said to bring it back in no matter what I said I begged them in the first place to put the correct one up front but because we didnt have a credit card that we could pay for it ahead of time they refused even though it would have been a same-day pickup they refused to be cooperative and we ended up with an inferior version that was damaged before we got it there were holes where the screws are supposed to go on that did not fit where they were supposed to go in on top the reviews for this version suck compared to the one we were supposed to get and the guy that helped my mother wouldn't even take credit for it he gave credit to some young guy at the register so we don't even know the real guys name that screwed up definitely be very very cautious because the only way this thing can keep up is in very cool temperatures which where we live would mean opening Windows it's not the ideal situation I regret it I wish somebody else would have helped there he was an old guy I don't know if he couldn't see or if he just was sick of his job but we got screwed over because he didn't do his job right and now we're stuck we not only lost the sale price but we got stuck with an inferior product that's broken doesn't fit right and anybody that gets near it's going to probably be able to break in as easy as can be because the thing doesn't work right doesn't fit right and with all the bugs getting in it's ridiculous it would have been perfect if we had the right version but thanks to Grandpa working at the store and no not my grandpa we were screwed.

I have this in a 750 sq ft room and it cools the whole room with in like 25 min! This thing outperforms it’s rating by a mile.
