The Index BPM is a decent blood pressure monitor that integrates well with Garmin scale and health tracking apps.

[Employee of bestbuy] It syncs well to the garmin ecosystem and a great addon

Solid device. Does what it is advertised to do. The reason I bought this and paid 3x the competitor’s price is that it fits neatly into the Garmin data ecosystem.

Very compact and easy to use. The transfer of info directly to the Garmin App is a game changer.

Great way to track blood pressure and connect to the Garmin

Takes a long time for the data from the monitor to show up on the app compared to other blood pressure monitors. sometimes over a minute. The build quality and design is excellent. The app interface needs a refresh. Even though it has changed recently compared to Google and Apple, the app interface looks dated.

Not a good product for people with bigger arms. When is about to do check, the strap comes off.

Did not find this product useful. The Garmin scale is worth the cost, but I found this product to be clumsy and overkill.

Inaccurate readings and very poor display quality.

If you're receiving inaccurate readings, I'd recommend going over some tips for getting a good measurement.

It is simple enough to use and nice to have all the data consolidated in the Garmin ecosystem, so this gets a thumbs up in my books. I’ve checked the results against a medically validated A&D auto cuff and gotten results within 5-10% of it, so that isn’t too shabby. Just seems quite overpriced compared to other similar products in the market, but it ultimately comes down to the brand premium!

Connectivity with the Garmin App and the numerous possibilities of graphs and exports are great. Utilization is easy and quick. Unfortunately the single values sometimes seem not very accurate. If I measure 3 times separately in a row, there might be 3 very different results. That is why I use the function where the Index is measuring 3 times and calculating an average itself. These values then seem realistic and more accurate.
