Works lovely. It's a beautiful appliance thzt fits in with our decor perfectly. The downdraft is an added perk,because there is nothing obstructing the view.

Jenn-Air Downdraft Stovetop was just what we needed. A bit pricey but functions great and looks high end. The install piece of our purchase was NOT great and I’d recommend NOT using Best Buy for this part of any project.

We had a limit on size and needed a 30" gas downdraft cooktop. After reviewing the makes and models along with prices and reviews, we decided to get this very nice Jenn-Air. It has so outclassed what was replaced. The four burners (various BTU's) do the trick for any need. Low heat to melt or high heat to sear meat if you like. And of course anything in between. With our undercabinet light over the cooktop, the light angles make it a little difficult to see the icons indicating which burner nob goes where but use it a time or two and you know instinctively.

What's not to like? It's gas and downdraft, so no vent hood required and vented to outside, not the attic. I replaced an existing electric downdraft cooktop (I hate cooking on electric.)

This replace smaller cooktop. AYS cut to 36" and were great. BB did a free survey to ensure all would work. The knobs seem a little cheap but same as other units. My Wife and I are very happy with unit, installation and experience.

Technicians know the cooktop and installation very well. The new Jennair cooktop replaced a 34 year old Jennair. They were able to made it fit nicely and in a very short time.

Great product at a great price. Easy to use and looks good too.

We love this cooktop but the stainless steel frame does not sit flush with our granite counter top. They sent a second one which was worse than the first one, so we told the installers to take it back. We had to buy calk to seal the space between the cook top and our granite counter.

Gas rules! My wife and I can now cook much better, consistently with the gas burners. Goodbye electric range top!
