I read some sour reviews, and I was a bit apprehensive, although I did not deal with installation (it was installed for me), it has been a great product so far. Works great, looks good, and easy to use. At a great price, what's not to like.

Our old microwave stopped working and we needed a replacement, Best Buy had the exact one in stock, we took it home and installed it.

I got a great deal as it was an open box. Works well and installed easily, but the door soemtimes squeaks when opened.

This microwave has as many features as we regularly use.

replaced another GE install, works as well as the old one

11 years ago we bought the early model of this microwave and it has been wonderful! We've never even had to change the light bulbs. But 2 weeks ago the circuit board on the underneath blew and the replacement cost would have been $189. SO we purchased a newer model of the same GE spacemaker ... or so you would think. SHAME on GE - this new model is flimsy and the over the stove light gets very hot! My dishes get way too hot inside and a little piece of the door broke off and had to be glued back on. The digital clock is crooked and the door and control panel aren't flush along the bottom. AND it is noisy!! Think twice before purchasing this.
