I renew my protection every year. Geek Squad has been very helpful to me and the price covers my 2 computers and tablet plus I get security coverage with Webroot.

I joined the geek squad and I couldn't have asked for any better. I had three computers that need to be worked on. Got all three done with each one within a short time.

i was having problems with my computer and i counldnt fix it so i bought the 3 devices/ one year for software problems and now my computer is working perfect just like new,

My computer would not boot up, getting a message that there were missing or corrupted boot files. The Geeks ran diagnostics twice and found that the hard drive overheated and could not be read.

I will definitely continue to purchase Geek squad protection. They not only answer questions but if something happens with the computer repairs are covered

Pretty happy with my chromebook. Wish someone had told me a few things about it... such as I have to log in my password each time I log on. Not crazy about the HP7155 printer. I should have been told how difficult it is to find HP 64 ink. The worst thing about my entire purchase of Chromebook and printer.. is that no one told me it is pretty much impossible to set the two up at home. I had to pay even more money to have a geek squad member come to my house to set up the printer. I have never had to have someone set up a printer before. Never.

Called customer service, over the phone they told step by step how to set-up, and run my pc. I don't know much about pcs, but they simplified it for me to understand.

It helps run scans against viruses that could potentially attack my computer. Supposed to make it go faster but runs a bit slow sometimes. Great because it has unlimited geek squad support.

I was totally sceptical about the price and services! This is by far the best thing I've ever purchased from best buy! Super helpful for my parents as well!

James was incredible!!!! He was able to update my computer!!!!! He took his time fixing my old dinosaur and made it run much faster and with updated programs!!!!!

This blender is so quick and easy to use (it even cleans itself.) Frozen drinks come out a perfect consistency, and I like the pre-set programs for different needs.

Geek Squad is awesome! When my desktop was hacked, they cleaned the hard drive and all suspicious software and downloads. Also done in a couple of days. Very happy!

Best Buy is where I go to purchase computer and its peripherals. I have always quite please with their service. However, when I purchased their 24/7 plan it was another story. They were unable to connect to my computer despite multiple attempts. They wanted me to bring in my computer to their store to address this issue. Being a paraplegic, I have some limitation. Yes, I have a ramp to my van, but the angle of the ramp is such, I would risk dropping my computer since I could only hold it with my left hand while right hand handles the joy stick. My other option, I would have to hirer someone to disconnect and reconnect my computer, along with driving it to the store. This wasn't a viable option for me. I asked about having a technician come to my house which is about 4 miles away. Yes, someone could to my house, but I would have to pay the home service fee. I asked if this could be waved because of circumstances about inability to connect to my computer.They said NO, then I asked to speak to their supervisor, and he said NO. I cancel my plan, they were good about refund since it was less than 30 days after the purchase. After cancellation, another plan was able to connect to my computer without an issue. If you are unable to connect to your computer, why does the customer bear that cost?
