The staff was a great help to me during a laptop crisis I had. Resolved my problem in a short time and I was very pleased with the job they did.

Had difficulty downloading the software. Geek squad took care of this and cleaned up some malware I picked up while attempting to install the software.

Struggled for months with old keyboard/mouse and we couldn't correct issue of "floating" cursor. New Microsoft keyboard & mouse seemed to solve the problem

Bought this laptop for my 10 year old. Glad I spent a little more on it then I was intending because it runs so smooth with the games she likes to play.

I had taken my Dell computer in to be reset and fixed and the gentleman that helped me was very kind. My computer was ready by the end of the week!

Recommend this.Took my computer in. They are able backup my items and restore the computer. Works great. Also with the 3 yr support you get antivirus.
