Had difficulty downloading the software. Geek squad took care of this and cleaned up some malware I picked up while attempting to install the software.

I was very happy with the help we received. Our options were explained very well and we were able to install a new hard drive verses buying a new computer.

It is always a good idea to purchase the extra protection plan. I have had things go wrong before and they have been great to either fix it or replace it.
