I have enjoyed the tech support from the Geek Squad for several years. I am not very tech savvy and to have access to them is a great help to me.

Anytime I have a problem or question about my computer I can call a Geek. They are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have had several incidents of intruders causing screen havoc. A new Chromebook, along with info about my broadband modem, has reduced most of those incidents.

Old hard drive quit; new HD appeared to be OK, but would not work with Win7. Took it back and Geeks installed Win10. Works very smoothly now.

Geek protection plan has been great. They cleaned my computer of hacker attacks twice and fixed other printer and various minor items.
