Was not sure of complete data recovery but that is what I received. Had to reload all my software. They had my unit for about 1 week before return.

The total tech support is well worth the money. My pc has been tuned up. I have a full year of Webroot and a year of great service.

My appointments with the “Geek Squad” have been quite helpful. Both the setup and the data transfer have allowed me to quickly lean my new laptop.

Geek protection plan has been great. They cleaned my computer of hacker attacks twice and fixed other printer and various minor items.

The “geek” is a master at his craft. Knowledgeable, friendly, clearly enjoys what he does. I do not have photos of my computer ipad , or iPhone

Old hard drive quit; new HD appeared to be OK, but would not work with Win7. Took it back and Geeks installed Win10. Works very smoothly now.
