As a technically challenged person I have needed their help a number of times. They are patient, kind and really know their stuff!

I have bought this extra protection before, and I was satisfied then. I am confident this purchase for my new laptop is a positive assistance.

I had my laptop crash and got a desktop as a backup saved me a lot on labor for the laptop repair as the protection can cover up to 3 devices.

Anytime we need to update software, viruc protection or repair anything Geek Squad is there. I don’t have to worry about my laptop.

I don’t have any need for Geek Squad for technical help; however I do buy the warranty for big ticket items. It has paid off more than once.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who doesn't take the time to setup NEW devices that require protection so the option to leave the laptop overnight was a big help!

they fixed my computer it took a couple of tries but it is fixed and works great! the people were very friendly and showed me what they did.

The computer is great and has all up-to-date programs. Having Geek Squad Protection (I have used them in the past and they are amazing!!!)
