I've never used Geek Squad support. I was impressed at their processes, knowledge skill sets, and expediency in correcting my issues.

It is so nice to work with this group. Now I am not worrying my kids to death and am learning so much as I visit the Squad.

The cost of the service is well worth it to keep your computer or tablet updated and cleaned out -- which allows it to run smoother.

I took my laptop to Best Buy because of virus issues, when i got it back it was like brand new. Prices are a little much but worth it

Typically dont purchase assistance but glad I did due to repeated software and firmware updates needed on an external blu ray player.
