This is the second one I have purchased and I love it. We started off with our first one in the bedroom and it helped during the allergy season. This one is for the living room to help control pet allergens.

We have a toddler and a dog, needles to say things are never neat. However we keep it running on low all the time and have noticed that our apartment does smell fresher and cooking odors don't linger as long.

I purchased this air cleaner to help with musty odors in our basement. After 24 hours, there was a significant different in the smell and the air was so much fresher than ever! We loved it so much that we bought another one for upstairs to replace our old Air Cleaner.

I have a relatively small apartment with a cat. her hair gets absolutely everywhere and the litter made a lot of dust. After a good cleaning I added this 3-in-1 air filter and it has kept the air clean and the apartment dust free for 3 weeks.

Before we got this air purifier, my house was so stuffy.. the air feels so much better now.. we can all breathe better and I notice less dust too

This is actually my second GermGuardian. I definitely notice a change in the air when I have it on. It does a great job in filtering out smells and dust, etc. I would purchase again.

This unit is quiet and very efficient. The air quality was noticeably better after a few hours. The unit is also very easy to clean. Suited our need perfectly.

Good unit, but like Barbie dolls, where they make their money off the clothing...these guys make money off the filters. The main filter will cost you about a third of the price of the unit. So now the big question, since it's still new to me, just how long will a filter last...?

This has been a great help in a better night sleep. It is really quiet on the first two speeds. The highest speed still is not noise enough to interfere with sleep. I like the HEPAfeatures and the easy replacing of the filters when it becomes necessary.

Highly recommend! Cleans air, simple to use and quiet! Filters already installed.. Take out of box. Plug in and your ready for clean air.

I bought 2 Germguardians, and I can definetly notice the difference in air now compared to before I had purchased them, I'm no longer sneezing profusely! My nose doesn't run anymore! It has brought my allergies and dust under control! I had a friend over and they stated, the air is really clean in here! I mean once I step outside and into my workplace, I'm sneezing from the dust and... it's a noticeable difference between the air I breathe at home using my Germguardians!

I've only been using this for about a week now, but have already noticed a slightly better air quality in the room I put it in. I've been "deep cleaning" the house and will bring this with me to the room where I'm stirring up all the dust that's settled over time. It has been doing it's job, as I've needed to clean (not replace) the pre-filter 3 times already (we have a very dusty house.) As for the noise it makes, it's not really that loud at all. Definitely noticeable when on high, but I would describe it as a "normal" fan noise.

I'm using this in an apartment and want another already. The filter got pretty dirty quickly which shows how well it is working. Kinda gross right! It is so quiet and it is SOOOO good for white noise. It cools off my room a little as well.

Someone tried to talk me into getting an air cleaner. I said, why should I get an air cleaner? Visited Best Buy and was shown the GermGuardian. I thought let me give it a try. Man, was I surprised. It is fantastic.

My son has always been allergic to cats and I did some research and I came across this air purifier. I skeptical but my son has not had any more reactions to our cats and doesn't take any allergy medicine anymore!

I've been running this basically nonstop for the last 2.5 years and it's holding up great. It's still as quiet as it has been since day 1, which is honestly shocking with how many hours are on it. Generic filters are available online which makes the cost to run much less. The square footage it handles is quite small so it's really only appropriate for small rooms.

We really like this purifier. We use it in our bedroom and although it’s a little noisy it’s not a problem for us because it’s just white noise. There’s also a UV light on it which may be distracting for some if they are trying to sleep, but it hasn’t bothered us, it’s kind of nice because it can serve as a night light so we don’t bump into things if we need to get up in the middle of the night. I feel like it’s definitely helped us breathe better.

After running it for a couple of days, my apartment lost the smoke smell and I.don't sneeze hardly as much. Another great buy at Best Buy!

After reading all the reviews I decided to get this air filter, and it was a great choice. I really see a difference in the air quality and also a reduction in dust. Would def recommend and purchase again.

This product has really helped with my allergies and overall breathing.
