    We bought this rather than using an HDMI cord to project onto a TV. This works great. Can use with a PC and an iPhone. The only issue I have is if you are using a PC to project, the TV lags with the mouse.

    I love using Chromecast, even tho i have s smart TV, i dont like the functinallity from the tv, i preffer to use my chromecast better than the TV app. i love how smooth is the transition from the phone, with the apps like Netflix, youtibe is so much faster wit the 5ghz network, and all my premium channels from my cable provider.

    Love the small and compact size. Excellent for when you need to travel. This works seamlessly with the google home and if you have an android. Most content is streamable from devices such as mobile phone, browsers with chrome, and etc.

    The Best Universal All Purpose Way to Stream

    So you have a TV with Streaming apps or you have a Roku/Apple/Amazon box that's attached to your TV. What's happening is that many, many more new streaming channels are being added to your mobile device versus the dedicated streaming device. That's where Google Chromecast comes in. Chromecast is not dependent on the apps on your TV or in your dedicated box. Chromecast doesn't care. As long as you have an app on your mobile device, it can be streamed on your TV. Chromecast is also significantly less expensive than the dedicated boxes. Most high end streaming boxes cost more than double that for a Chromecast. If you decide to buy Chromecast over the other solutions, you've made the right decision.
