A must have as part of home entertainment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Most mobile device applications support casting to allow user to project content on a tv/projector. I attached my device to a home hdmi receiver that feeds into a projector. It was super easy to setup the device. Simply download Google Home app and it will discover the new device to allow you to configure network settings and device name, if you have more than one at home. That was it! YouTube, Pandora, Spotify, you name it, all support this device. Simply tap on the 'cast' icon. I connected my device to my wireless router via a 5G network. So far it is working very well to play YouTube HD content. This device doesn't support 4K. You need to get a different model for the 4K support.

Pretty good if you own and Android
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It[s pretty good if you use android. It's limited use if you are on the IOS. I have it so I can use google Home to control my TV. I wish they have a remote control so I can control the divice without using the phone which is not always readyly available.

Superior to Streaming Sticks & Boxes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little guy kicks the !@#$% out of my Fire and Roku for no lag, no buffering streaming. Running a 200mbs mediacom line, I shouldn't get any lag at all, but this device is maximises the stream and keeps it moving flawlessly. Could always use more cast friendly apps, but the performance is superb.
