This product was very easy to set up and use. Unfortunately there was very little functionality with it. Several apps that I use would offer the "project" button to display on the TV. I wanted much more flexibility to display videos such as my Genie Go app. I returned this product and went with the Amazon Fire Stick.

Got this to stream some PC games to my TV. The device works just fine for streaming internet pages and youtube and other apps. You need google chrome to select individual apps to cast if it is not normally castable. The part of chrome that does that is still in beta so it is still buggy but works okay. Casting things like games uses a lot of bandwidth but again, it is still in beta so it could be something that will be tuned later. As a general internet and youtube cast device it is awesome. For something to cast any screen on your PC, just be aware it is still beta and has some bugs. Cannot real give a negative mark for something that isnt finished yet so 5-stars for what is done.

The performance is unmatched. I replaced a first generation model with this one. It was able to readily take advantage of the 5G speed on the dual-band router. Exceptional picture quality!

Great buy for my epson home projector. Had a minor issue with connecting to my modem at first but got it working with a change in setting. Since then have been using it for netflix, google movies, vudu, hbo and lot more. Also got for 5usd less too.

I purchased this device so that I could watch YouTube videos using Google Home. This thing works seamlessly with Google home and effortlessly with my other chromecast capable devices

The chromecast works great and as described. I'm going to use it as a CEC power supply for my TV. My only complaint was with initial set-up. The update took long enough that I had to leave it, then come back in the morning and it was completed. This is with 100 mb dl service from Charter. I feel as though it had something to do with my Airport Extreme, per searching, but don't know why.

The best way to stream live and recorded programs are on the Google Chromecast.

All I had to do was turn it on, connect to wi-fi, set it up & it was smooth sailing. It's really easy to use & it makes watching TV more enjoyable because of the numerous compatible apps.
