Google has finally released an update to the 2013 Chromecast! I live in an apartment high rise, and my 2013 Chromecast was awfully bogged down by the volume of 2.4 GHz signals in the building. The dual band 2.4/5 GHz support in the 2015 Chromecast has made a world of difference. Highly recommend!

Nice, helps me stream content to my projector, very easy to setup and use.

Just like my old chromecast. I bought this just because it had the 5GHz support because a 2.4GHz band dies when using the microwave. Sadly the 5GHz network wont connect properly.

Bought this chrome cast for my older TV plug-in and play really easy to install Broadcast from tablet phone highly recommend it or those who have TV that done some for live casting

Love how easy it is to use. No menus to navigate. Only complaint is that some apps stop responding while using it. Will still be playing on the TV but not in the app.

I like this Chromecast because with it I can access many TV shows or programs any time I want, and free of charge. very convenient. The problem is it is not very reliable. It sometimes disconnects itself without reason. Lately I need to reconnect it almost everyday. Very annoying.

This product is great to add to non smart tvs. If you're a cord cutter this is awesome with the ability to stream from your phone or computer as well as if you have a google home.

Use it for karaoke with my friends while streaming music videos from my Samsung S6 smartphone through YouTube. Easy to connect, works flawlessly, beautiful design and inexpensive.

The device is easy to set up. You only need to plug it into an available HDMI port and USB port on your TV (or AC adapter) for power. After that you just need to use the Home app (on Android) to answer a few basic questions to finish the setup process. I don't have an iOS device but the setup is likely just as quick/easy. I am able to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, HBO NOW, Vudu, ESPNGo and the CW app without any issues and the DirecTV Now app with minor issues. The only issue that you might have is that controls for everything you cast are shown on every Android device on your network by default and Amazon content can't be played easily.

The only inconvenience is getting up to switch the HDMI connection on the back of my TV from one device to another. Everything else is done from the phone. I can cast anything visible on my small screen. Note: It is dependent on your wireless quality and may encourage you to boost your signal.

I like this product. It has good sound and small enough to carry around.

Google Chrome cast provides great screaming for youtube and it was very easy to setup and use the greatest thing is that you can add multiple devices to the chrome cast account

We bought this because our son suggested we use it to stream media. So far we are happy with this device, it is easy to set up, inexpensive and able to be used in different locations.

The most interesting feature is the mirror cast. Sometimes there are not applications using the cast, mainly because they don't want, as Dish anywhere. With this feature, I can cast My Dish content to the TV when I'm not at home. Sure, it will consume battery, but is not big deal in this case.
