Very handy to control by your own phone, can't complain with this price

The google chromecast is easy to connect and operate. The overall price is reasonable. This is the third one i have purchased and i have not been disappointed. There are probably better products but you will spend more for them.

This is our second Chromecast and they seemed to have fixed a lot of the connectivity issues. I love Chromecast. It makes streaming from your phone to tv easy.

Functions very well and does what it's suppose to. I use the chromecast to mirror my laptop browser tabs and even when i want to watch a movie from laptop or phone.

it's a good adapter for your tv to convert it to a smart tv. the problem is that you need to have the app and works with a pc or tablet or smartphone. The chromecast doesn't me with remote control as the before version, that is useful

I use this as my streaming device. Every streaming service I use is compatible with the chromecast. Great buy and great price compared to other streaming devices.

New chromecast is great value for the price. Easy to setup and install.

Have 1st gen Chromecast that worked but at some point could not get it to stop buffering and dropping out, pretty sure due to weak Comcast wireless gateway. Read about this one and decided to try it, NO MORE ISSUES WITH BUFFERING AND DROPPING OUT. Works perfectly where 1st gen was struggling.

I got cable but don't want to pay Comcast an extra $20.00/month for a second cable box in my room. For streaming live TV - It's okay for the news and such but NOT for a basketball game. For streaming Games - meh (quite laggy). For streaming movies - it's pretty good! It's not perfect, but for THIRTY-SOMETHING DOLLARS without any subscription - it is awesome. I normally use it in bed while doing some web surfing on one tab or doing some work on a spreadsheet (viewing it on my laptop screen) while chrome casting another tab to my widescreen TV. I normally cast from xfinity.tv, vudu (digital copies of my purchased blu rays), hbo go or kissanime.

Excellent streaming device. Wish it didnt need seperate power adaptor.

If you're serious about making your display work, you need several sources to get your content up there. This is one of them. Cheap, flexible, easy to use. No brainer for the price.

This is especially great for the HDTV owner. Lovely for streaming from your phone, iPad or computer. Not really useful for a SmartTV as it already permits streaming. But as long as there is a HDMI output you can stream and enjoy programmes wherever you go from any of your favorite gadgets.

This is my second purchase of chromecast 2nd gereration.. I had the first one too but i gave it to my bro.. This 2nd generation lil bit faster and good to mirror android phones
