Setup was very easy and within a few minutes, my daughter was able to cast movies from her smartphone to her (non-smart) tv in her dorm room.

Love it with my samsung LED TV. The pic is crystal clear.

If you do not own a smart tv or are looking for a user friendly streaming device than this is it. It's easy to use and super quick to load and connect.

Great product. You need to understand what it is and what it does as it is not a Roku or Fire TV. I like to be able to cast from phone or PC to the TV.

I bought this for my mom so she could watch HULU and Netflix and connected it via her IPad and she loves it, way cheaper than Apple TV and just as useful.

Super easy to setup. Super easy to stream content from Android smartphone, laptop, desktop, & Android tablet. Couldn't be any simpler to use. Highly recommended.

Once you figure out how to get it fully set up, it works fine. But, setting up can be very tedious. First, you can only access the set up functions on the Chrome browser, but this is never explained or directed, you just have to stumble across it . Even then it's very hit and miss. If you're finally able to set it up, it works fin.

This was perfect for upgrading our old TV into a smart TV. Works well for what we need and when paired with Google home makes for a potent home tech system.

I got a Chronecast years ago and it was ok. I got this updated one and it is phenomenal. So easy to setup. I can use it to display my computer too. Love it!

Easy installation, like I could a did this when I was 5, small, compatible and good stream quality when set up with wifi that supports that.

Quick and easy to setup, and if you have an Android phone it would make it even easier. This thing is quicker than the previous model too and less glitchy.

This is my second time buying this item, when I first bought it, I bought the "chromecast v-1" it was nothing compared to the new chromecast, So when I got the new v-2 chromecast I felt like I just bought mini Xbox just for $30.The quality of the videos and speed of the videos were insane,but one of the most annoying thing was sound quality it came really late when I casted things from websites. But if you cast a video from YouTube or from any app, the sound quality is awesome. So far I casted 45 games on to my chromecast. Games like Modern Combat 5, Asphalt 8, Clash of Clans, Clash Royal..etc. (If you are a YouTuber I would strongly recommend this to you, this will in large your phone to your TV 2x bigger and with great quality)

I have multiple chromecast devices and love them. They are very easy to use and are compatible with Apple and Android devices.

It was really easy to get the program and connect to tv.

As long as you're living in an Android dominated household it's a very economical and fast little tool to get to cut cable. The faster your Wifi the less pain you'll feel. Now all that is missing is that AmazonPrime actually supports casting on Chrome devices...

Best Buy is the best and knowledgeable and team working place to purchase any electronic. I came in to exchange an adapter that does bot work for my computer and they led me to choices of wifi/bluetooth devices. I asked if it works on my computer and tv and of customer service didnt know they took me straight to geek squad to answer technical questions. It was awesome experience! And so i bought the chrome and it works excellent and perfectly after you get the hand of casting from device to tv or whatever. I love it, it's awesome and the price is right for it!
