Very easy to set up to your tv and simple to use great for streaming movies

It already produces such impressive displays, but just realized Chromecast is the best at reproducing sound clarity when casting to a component system.

I like the Chromecast. When I get it to configure it, it works as expected. I loved the addition of Spotify to this version. My issues are: I'm a Linux user AND a Blackberry user. There is practically no way to set it up if you don't have Windows/Mac or Android/iPhone/Windows. And also, it does not work on places like hotels with a Login screen. If you got any of this, you need to get one of the compatible devices to set it up, and for solving the hotel logins issue you need an extra router that can act as the "device in the middle" so you authenticate the second router "connection" with other device connected to it.

I have the older version of chromecast and decided to pick up the updated version so I could connect to my 802.11AC wifi for better speeds and picture quality. Unfortunately this version does not work as well as the old version did. Needs to be rebooted after just a few hours of use or picture quality degrades fast. It will disconnect from my computer and start chopping and no amount of playing with the browser add-in will do anything and I will have to connect to it via the chromecast app and reboot it before it will start working again. Still solid choice for streaming something but not as good as the old version was.

I have no bad things to say.i was looking for a product that would do just what Chromecast said it would do. Unfortunately I don't have enough signal from Verizon to make it work.No harm-no foul.Sorry I couldn't try it.

It doesn't work with my daughter's galaxy edge 7 but it works with my galaxy edge 8+. When it works, it works great. Just wished it worked with every phone.

I really enjoyed the Chromecast 1st generation and this one blows that one out of the water. My connection almost never drops, and load times have improved drastically.

I have 3 of these and even if ypu have a smart tv the crome cast delivers exceptional performance and i find when streaming netflix or hulu it doesn't buffer as much as the actual smart tv. This also makes and HDTV a smart tv. Great for travel and works on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks for better performance where many smart devices only worknon 2.4ghz where performance is slower.

This product is excellent for watch pictures and very channels, the price is great

It requires very little setup and streams videos perfectly. Love it.

I have a Samsung TV and I am able to cast directly to my TV from my laptop, phone and iPad. It works great. The only reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 star is because when the Chromecast is pulled into the TV, but not being used (while watching TV), it occasionally starts displaying wall papers (screensaver) and I had to press a button on my remote to get back to the TV screen. Alternative is to unplug it from the TV.

The Chromecast is pretty convenient, it's quite small and extremely fast

I love my chrome cast. You can just use your phone, tablet, or computer to cast shows onto your tv. Only thing I wish it would do is mirror my device.

This thing does everything I need it to. It's got a further limit on it than the older one does. Nothing real negative to say about this Chromecast and all positives.
