I have my old tv that is not smart but with this Google chrome I can access to YouTube and many other apps. I don't need to buy a new tv for now.

Best picture quality and great price will be buying another one.

This device is much better than the original. The additional antennas and upgraded WiFi radios pickup up stronger signals and stream much faster than the original.

This inexpensive devise turns any TV into a "smart" tv simply by plugging it into any USB port on your TV. It streams quickly with no buffering at all, as long as you have access to high speed internet. So simply to use and completely out of site with no wires hanging below your TV. I have two devises for TV's in the bedroom and sun room. I stream through my iPad or iPod or iPhone.

This is a great device for taking on the road or even using at home. If you have family or friends over you can always share from their devices to this on your tv. That way everyone does not have to sit around your phone or tablet to see the same thing. The native apps from Google are great with the cast to because you can run them and have your device off to save battery power. I wish there were more apps that could do that. That was the only thing so far that I was not fully happy with.

We were saddened to realize that this is not kindle tablet friendly. I thought surely it would work for such a common tablet, but found that only about half of our devices are compatible. Once we connected though, it was a breeze. We were able to use our smartphones as well to connect and were pleased with the number of options on the device for viewing. Finally, and although probably a manufacturing defect, we had trouble almost immediately with it not fitting in the HDMI ports on any tv. It was loose in every device we plugged it into, including new tv's. We will be exchanging and hope it is a fluke.

I find this device really helpful since I don’t have a smart tv, this is really good device for streaming whatever you like on your tv wirelessly

Was a little hard to hook up, but not too bad. Wish I would have bought this a long time ago. We have paid so much to order online movies in the past....no more!

You just connect it, get the google home app on your phone, finish setup, and thats it. You can stream anything on your phone you want played on the big screen and if you have a google home you can pair it with the chromecast and tell it to play shows, movies, etc from netflix, youtube, or hulu so long as you have a subscription to any of those that it applies to.

I contemplated getting a streaming device for a while, and with the gift cards I had, it was only $10, so I got it. It is probably one of the simplest pieces of technology around, and works great. Caught up on all 3 seasons of "Orange.... " and a bunch of other stuff. I just wish there was better movie content out there, somewhere, where you wouldn't be charged so much to watch recent movies

Not a bad little gizmo with a easier installation than the previous version. Rad colors and design and great price.

I have Chromecast since it first came out and I love it. This works great. I have not noticed anything different between this version and the previous one though.

This makes your not smart tv a smart tv. It also has screen mirroring. The great thing is I can control it from my phone and still use my phone.

Loving the chromecast. I use it in my bedroom and the spare bedroom. Always a good variety of movies and shows without having to pay for an additional cable box.
