I purchased this during thanks giving and it exactly meets the purpose for which i bought. Set-up was breeze, wifi is great, no buffering etc. I would now stream videos from my iphone, samsung tab, windows PC etc. I own Apple TV and Roku but this is much better than Apple TV when it comes to wireless video streaming. Glad I purchased it

Bought this in Dec 2016 when they had a deal on the price and 3 months free HBO. No brainer. Loving it a lot! Easy to set up and use. Love the fact that I can even cast my entire desktop on my TV using just a chrome browser. A lot of apps to choose from. I have a smart TV and thought I wouldn't have any use for this. I was wrong! :)

My TV is a Sony Bravia android and I have a iPhone, googlechome helped me to pair them and it works for a few apps. If you have the $ it’s better to buy and Apple TV.

I upgraded from the original Chromecast and this is so much better. It's faster loading up and can play movies quickly.

It is a great device! It gives you the opportunity and flexibility to convert your tv into a smart tv or at least be very similar. Once you pair your mobile device with the chromecast you can watch anything in the bigger screen. It works even better than mirrorcast system on my other smart tv. You need wifi in order to use it.

No issue with setup - very easy to install and configure Noteable difference in quality. I stream my pc to chromecast for viewing resources while working off laptop. VIdeo quality is not amazing - I did check my stability of network and the wifi router is literally 2 ft from this device Not a bad device - the guest feature is fairly new to me - i do enjoy that when having friends over

I bought the 2014 model the year before, and loved it. I then bought this new model, and the design is much better. I love Chromecast!

I bought a smart tv and didn’t realize that it didn’t come with a way to cast. I immediately went to Best Buy and purchased this. I do not regret it. It works great! I can pretty much control what I need to from my phone. It’s great! My friend recommended it to me and I recommended it to someone else and she bought two!

i love how I can download an app and link it to the cast with just one touch of the cast icon

This is one of the best item that I have even use and it's so easy to use to watch movies from the phone and to the tv.

i really like this device but i am frustrated that there are so many different chromcasts out now that to do everything i want they have to be on different devices.

Price was great for this product, easy to use by anyone.

Faster than the old one. Easy to install. Like Roku beter.

This is my first time buying a chromecast. I love the fact that I can cast from my phone, watch youtube and also mirror display from phone to tv. My only downside is that anyone in your wifi can mess with your chromecast. Best that you connect this chromecast to your own wifi SSID or something. Other than that, I love it!

Easy to install, it Stream all my shows, and plays pandora.

This is a versatile streaming device that works seamlessly with Google products such as: google chrome, Google home, and android devices. Whats neat is asking google home to play content via voice. Having that linked is an awesome handsfree option. When home, nothing beats not having to always be on your mobile device or tablet, speaking to google home to cast to the google chromecast is worth it.

This product allows you to watch your streaming movies and TV shows on your TV rather than your laptop. Great for home entertainment!
