If you ever needed a thing to plug into your television to make it show stuff from your phone, this is the thing you should plug in.

Super easy to install and use. Does exactly as advetised with minimal lag. Highly recommended

With owning several Chromecast (Both Gen. 1 and 2) and being paired with Google Home, they are truly powerful little gadgets. Easily attach them to any modern TV and your off to streaming just about anything you can think of. The only downside, which is why they are so cheap, is the fact that they are reliant on a device (Phone, Tablet, Laptop, ETC.), but this can be easily overlooked in today's world.

The new "puck" design may seem odd at first but since it is magnetized it simply tucks itself behind the hdmi connection of your TV. The connection quality is improved compared from the original with less buffering to deal with when watching YouTube or Netflix. Pros: Connection Quality, Portability, easy to use with mobile device, makes old TV sets with hdmi but no smart tv function have streaming capabilities.

My kids love to pay on the Wii U and its something that we can all play and have fun with. I'm glad that you can still play Wii games on it. Wish it had more game options though.

My ex used to have a Chromecast and I loved it! When I moved on, I just had to get one for myself. Love these things!

I plugged one of these into my TV and repurposed an old 8-inch android tablet that sits at my office desk. I have Youtube, Netflix, Google Play Music, and all the apps you could want sitting on the home screen. A few clicks and anything I can do on Android is now also able to be thrown up on my TV screen with no cables or complicated setup.

Works good. set up was easy. Works from IOS and Android.

If you understand how a Chromecast works, then this is a great product. It will turn any TV into a smart TV. Even TVs with built in smart features, this may be a great upgrade. It's also great for traveling. I take it with me and use the hotspot on my phone to turn the hotel TV into a smart TV. If you need 4K, go with the Ultra.

I purschased the Chromecast audio a few years ago thinking it would be sufficient for my needs. Even though I use my xbox most of the time for YouTube, Netflix, and other apps, the actual chrome cast has been super easy and fun to use. In addition, it’s nice to take with me when I travel and plug into hotel TVs.

The Chromecast is an excellent addition to any TV. The phone app gives instant access to Google Play, YouTube, Netflix and others.

Interface and conection is really easy. The only downside is the you will always depend on your phone, tablet or pc to make it work.

What's not to like about this version of Chromecast? With the addition of a 5GHz channel videos now stream smoothly in high def - although you do have to ensure a good connection to the 5GHz channel itself. And with the constant addition of both live and on-demand programming everyone can pretty much watch what they want when they want.

So great to see my vacation and Christmas pictures plus online videos. I bought 3 and gave for Christmas presents everyone loves it

I taught my parents how to use the chromecast and they love it soo much that I had to buy another one since they use it constantly.

I didn't own the first ten chromecast, but I have experience using it with some friends and gf. This second gen, seems more stable, faster and for the same price as the last one, I bought it when it came out, a couple of days or weeks after. Overall great product I can't complain for what I used it, which is mostly Netflix and YouTube
