I originally used to plug an hdmi into my TV to watch movies and anything other than cable but it became too much of a nuisance. One of my friends has a Chromecast and recommended it to me. It's small and efficient. I don't usually spend on things like this but I don't regret purchasing a Chromecast.

Wireless ac is a nice upgrade, less crashes, continued playing after disconnection, and stuttering. There also seems to be less interference with other devices (antenna, etc.)

I travel for work and play and my Chromecast is a must-have item in my travel accessory bag. I have 2 of them, one in my corporate apartment and I keep another in my laptop bag for when I stay in hotels. Both of mine are the basic Chromecast and they provide me with everything I need to watch my favorite things online.

Google cast is great to cast your phone and laptop without having to hook up hdmi wires to stuff like the laptop.

Best buy has top of the line inventory and i really enjoy the chromecast I purchased at their store in Shreveport

It is easy to install and use. Anyone connected to your wifi meteor and app can use their mobile device as a control remote for tv.

This is a great product especially for the cost. Have two now and not the first problem.

Original was great with a few stutterr issues . new gen has WiFi ac which almost eliminates the problem . for 35.00 it is a steal

There is nothing better than being able to cast a funny video on to your tv so everyone can watch instead of everyone crowding around a tiny phone, or casting your vacation photos or videos. I love chromecast! It makes great a gift for grandparents so you can show them photos and videos easier!

Chromecast is a phenomenal way to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. easily and seamlessly with your TV while having the convenience of control in the palm of your hand. I find it's much easier to just use your phone/tablet to control your streaming while using chromecast than a smart TV remote. Get one, you won't be disappointed.

Easy set up and use fast use but sometimes it disconnects and have to reset

I can go to any website from my phone or smart device and connect it to my TV with the help of this small device.

Bought this to mirror my ipad to the TV. However, my isp knows that it is out of the country and doesn't quite like it. I am sure it will work as expected when back in the UK.

My only but is that everyone keeps posting up their junk on th chrome cast it was funny at first now I have fury

Works great and seems more responsive than the older chrome cast. This one also bends and fits into my TV better

Excellent for what it is. However, the only thing that I do not like is that casting is not universal. It should be tied to a device rather than whatever app you might be in.
