Since purchasing my first Chromecast casting device when they first released, I decided to buy a second for another TV and it works perfectly! The apps from the Google play store for streaming are being added more and more everyday. From purchasing mine I've convinced 4 others to have one of their own and they love it!

Original Chromecast has worked perfectly. I upgraded to take advantage of the AC WiFi feature in the new model. Very pleased.

Many apps and websites are adopting the Chromecast tech so you should be able to stream almost anything you watch on a mobile device to your TV via Chromecast, but make sure you check for compatibility first.

We don't have cable tv, only internet. I can watch Netflix in the living room while my husband plays his ps4 in the bedroom.

This new version of the chromecast is better looking plus it has a magnet the stick to your tv holder. Plus $20 google play.

My son gets the most use of this...however I recently purchased a TV with ChromeCast built in and did NOT like it. Call me old, but I don't believe I should NEED my phone out to watch TV. The remote that came with the TV was pathetic. This gadget gives you the option to use your phone while still having a decent remote for your TV when not casting. Recommended purchase for households with teens.

Chromecast is great! It slows m to use my phone and watch my favorite shows at the same time! I just love it!

It does the job of casting perfectly. Combined with the amazing apps support and also chrome plugin doing much better than previous versions now, can not ask for more. The iOS has issues sometime with the volume like when you receive a call when casting the volume goes up to the call volume and is bit irritating.

Google chromecast gives you great features, besides, own tvs online features are not reliable. Chromecast is.

I tried both the Chromecast and Fire TV, and I found the Chromecast to be much more versatile and consistent.

chromecast is a reliable video streamer with a very basic user interface that result in a pleasant experience.

Wanted to watch tv shows when I moved into new apartment but didn't have time to shop new smart tv. Quick trip to beat buy and I'm enjoying hbo and Netflix, subscription needed of course. However gets stuck maybe once a month as part of booting tv. Plus phone may still show program playing, but overall because of easy connection made available on most apps it's good

I bought this along with the Insignia 32 inch TV for a 2nd set in our home for our kids. This is awesome for basic streaming for Hulu, YouTube and Netflix considering those are the main apps we use for our kids. I had no problem connecting this device or any issues with mirroring it. Love it, no complaints so far.
