Love it! Got it to work with my google mini! Love casting my phone to the tv and the connection is amazing!

This is the 2nd Chromecast we've purchased. They are must-own items for anyone that entertains guests and/or streams media. Our bedroom TV is not a smart-TV and therefore, does not have on-board apps for Netflix, Hulu, etc. So being able to sit in bed with our iPad and stream HBOGo and Netflix to our TV is awesome.

This is less clunkier than the first one and seema to be lighter too. Also connection appears to be faster.

Chromecast gets better each month, with more apps utilizing it and more ways to cast in high quality. I have them connected to 4 TVs and it is great, we can watch Netflix, Play Movies, etc from any of them. Just wish a few others like Amazon would develop the ability to use Chromecast for their Prime members.

A little hard to set up and a little flaky with Comcast. Sometimes Chromecast doesn't seem to recognize a nearby device without reboot, which is a little frustrating.

This is a good device for getting Fox Sports since the local station is currently off the air on Direct TV.

This is the 3rd one we've bought for our house and everyone in the family loves them. Easy to use and handles all of the video streaming we want. Would be great if Google and Amazon would work out their differences and offer each other's services on their respective devices but would still recommend the Chromecast.

No remote needed, just use all the apps on your phone. HBOGO, Netflix, Youtube, Showtime, and Crackle all work flawlessly.

Chromecast has pretty much been a required device for every TV in your home since its initial release, and despite Amazon's insistance to prevent users from buying one and using their service with the Google Dongle, it is still the best streaming device on the market, especially at its price point.

Connecting can be a little complicated your first time around but it is much easier than the early versions.

I was so excited to get this. My internet is too weak, and I can't get my phones hotspot to connect and set it up. I can't use it at all. Very disappointed. I've read where in the past people were able to connect using their phones hotspot and now the feature isn't working. This is very frustrating!!

Not a single malfunction since I bought it. Its new design makes it more flexible than before to be used in some TV sets.

On demand that my cable company has isn't the best. This little wonder I get to stay caught up on my shows

My older chromecast's output wasn't satisfactory. However the new one is almost as good as connecting through HDMI cable.

Mainly bought the Chrome Cast because I already had the 'Hey Google" Home unit. Still haven't figured out how to get the two to work together. As for casting to the TV using the different TV channel iPhone apps, it is working pretty well. Be forewarned, most TV content has a price, very few 'Free Lunches' here.
