We have Netflix, but wanted something to be able to take with us when we go on vacation, this was perfect!

Works great with my google home mini! Love that I can use my phone as a remote and stream whatever I want.

I have more of these then I need. One on each TV, but also on portable DVD player in the car ( use a hot-spot for travel and kids can watch movies from google play and youtube on the go ). Have one in the bag for when we travel to the parents house too. Get em when they are on sale for $25 or so!

Nowadays, with SmartTvs I don't see a reason to buy it! It is good to work with Google Home devices, just it.

I had the original chromecast and it died after 2 years. Purchased this one and hopefully it last longer than the first.

The Chromecast makes streaming from a smartphone, tablet, or computer quick and easy whether you are giving a presentation, viewing photos, listening to music, or watching videos. I love that you can cast from most of the TV mobile apps (Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, ESPN, etc.) with just a click after the initial setup.

I bought this for old flat screens to watch Netflix. Great buy they're so portable I can easily switch to a different tv

GOT IT FOR MY SISTER SHE IS NO GEEK BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING ON HER OWN AND SHE LOVES IT.

The Google Chromecast connects very easily to yout TV and connects through your WiFi. Once connected it is super easy to see YouTube, NetFlix, MLB At-Bat and a few other video apps on my TV directly from my phone. Great for watching grandkid videos and other fun stuff from my phone to my TV

Chrome cast works as it should. very easy to set up and haven't had any problems!

I needed a device that would display my phone screen on a television for a presentation. Chromecast was the only device I found that worked flawlessly. It was extremely easy to set up and can be used for streaming music and video off of those devices. I have not used it for streaming video yet, but I assume it would be a great experience considering how well it works with cloning a phone display.

Good option for a cheap hdmi streaming option for your tv, but has many connectivity issues... Also no actual remote meaning you can only use your phone to control it which gets annoying most of the time. Would be perfect if the issues could actually be fixed and if there was a remote option; but for the price it's decent.

This product does exactly as promised by Google. Chromecast is nothing fabulous though. I like the Roku much better. Much more versatile in my mind.

The only complaint I have is that it will sometimes disconnect from the wifi and wont reconnect. Then we have to go through the process of restarting the chromecast.

Easy to fit and works like charm. Able to see most of the channels and good streaming

I am amazed how well this works. I can use this product to watch Netflix, Youtube on my big screen casting from laptop, phone or tablet. So far the picture is very clear and crisp. I will be cutting the cord this year and happy that I purchased this to save me even more from the high cable bill.
