Chromecast works well when connected but has issues with staying connected. I would probably recommend Roku

The best thing I like I about this is the ability to mirror laptop and other mobile devices

We purchased this device to watch movies from our phones or tablets on the television,. It is a great device and we have one in each of our rooms.

This is my 3rd chromecast. I love being able to stream vids from my cell all wirelessly. Thanks Google!

We bought the Chromecast on a whim. (Been having trouble streaming Netflix due to WiFi lag.) Plugged in the Chromecast and started streaming, was very simple to use and the picture is perfect, doesn't lag at all. Been using it for 4 months now, never once had a problem!

Everything about this device works perfectly and easily turns any "dumb" television into a Smart TV!!! The only issue I had was with the smartphone app. It easily downloaded to my girlfriends phone and have had zero issues. But when I downloaded the app I have had no luck getting it to function. Could be user error. But still well worth the price, especially $35!!!

Bought it just to stream football games that weren't on tv here and it was awesome for that. Quickly realized it's good for so much more. Could not be easier to set up and use. Uses almost no battery on sites that are set up for it and I can still use the source device for other things.

Must get it if you have a smart home or you do not have a smart TV so you can watch Netflix

I bought it as a gift for my niece for Christmas...she's happy...

It’s ok but half the stuff I wanted to use it for it wouldn’t do, but that was on me for not reading into it more before I bought it

Chromecast offers a great way to easily stream content from many different apps even on iPhone. It has some glitches from time to time, but mostly this is due to poor programming on the individual app not on Google's end.

Although it does come with new features and a very nice sleek design, it could use some work with the apps that are compatible with other devices.

This has to be the only thing I love that is android. Anything I try to cast works. Apple TV is to restrictive, and I just couldn't cast to a Microsoft because for some reason my tablet resolutions is giving it an issue. With Chromecast I nev r had anything I couldn't get to work with it.

Very easy to set up and now my children are enjoying their smart TV and I didn't have to buy a new tv.

This product is very easy to use. Just plug in the HMDI and USB ports to your TV, and use your phone or laptop connect to the Wi-Fi, then you can cast anything on your phone or your computer to your TV. Very simple to use and have very high display quality. I love it.

I got the Chromecast because I thought it would be convenient and I wouldn't have to use an hdmi cord to view my computer on my TV but it was much better than I expected. It's very convenient and for $35 I can a tally afford to get one for every room of the house. I use it every single day.

We love this gadget! Although there was a little bit of difficulty setting up it was still a good investment. Especially for college students too

I had purchased a 1st Gen Chromecast and that worked perfect for streaming Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, CBS, HBO GO...etc. decided to pickup another for a different room. easy setup. you can change the name so you know what chromecast you're connecting to if you have multiple. love this product

We got a google home mini as a gift but couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work with our new smart tv. Turns out we didn’t have chrome cast, so we bought this little gem and it worked like a charm as soon as we set it up. Easy set up also. Love all the awesome features.

The best part about it is easy, simple to setup, y0ou connect the main Piece To The Charger Plug It In and You're Good To Go! Make Sure You Have WiFi, Connect With Your Phone & Start Streaming. I have bought one for me and one for my friend and both are functioning properly.
