    This Chromecast is an excellent product to stream from a Chrome browser, but it is limited to that

    I've purchased it for my few years old Samsung TV since streaming Netflix through a TV smart app became really slow. No complains with Netflix streaming Netflix so far. Another cool feature I like is to stream photos from the phone.

    Have cable and Google Chromecast 2, no problems streaming, rarely down buffering.....would cut cable if wife didn't watch multiple shows... Lots of free content out there and we have netflix.....have Amazon prime but that goes thru smart tv not gc2. Wife also subscribed to CBS allaccess....

    We have TVs that are not 'smart'. Well, because of this product, they became smarter. We are able to use our Samsung phone, iPad, iPhone to watch Netflix and other available movies. Yes baby, you were exactly what I was looking for!

    I ordered two of the first generation Chromecasts long time ago and two of the second generation Chromecasts last black Friday. I'm totally in love with this device so I bought this third one for my mom. Great and simple device to cast my favorite films and shows from Netflix and YouTube TV
