As for device itself - it does, what it's intended for; used to have a first gen of Chromecast few years back - current gen. seems to be faster and more stable

It took about 5 minutes to set this up. It works perfect with great video, and sound quality. I love it. Please note that you do need to power this with USB power supply, but that s included.

Compared to the original, this product does not lose its signal, has been much smooother, and we often stream our favorite YouTube videos from my iPhone to a LCD projector.

Plug it in follow set-up instructions and turn that old not so Smart TV into a slightly more educated TV. Mirror your phone or CAST Netflix youtube whatever you wish. Worth every penny.

This is an easy way to cast from pc or google device to any TV with available HDMI and power nearby. Unfortunately, not compatible with iPhone or other Apple products. Would have gotten 5 stars if the proprietary walls were removed.

Easy to use and makes any tv with an hdmi port a smart one . Just use your smart phone to sync and enjoy your favorite Netflix movies , YouTube channels, pandora stations and much more on your tv .

I love that I can cast most any content I want from my computer, tablet or phone directly to my TV with this. Youtube is so much better when you cast it to a tv too.

Chromecast is definitely worth picking up... It works with my SlingTV app, so no need to buy a Roku player... This device will accompany my newly wedded wife and I to Jamaica for our Honeymoon.

I purchased the Chromecast 3 weeks ago and have used it almost everyday since then. I did find setup a little difficult but after it was easy to use and love all the apps and programs available.

The Google Cast adapter makes it very easy to show whats on your phone on your TV screen. A great way to show photos to a group of folks rather than passing the phone around the group
