    Would receive 5 stars but not able to connect to some networks. If you take it on vacation certain hotels it will not connect to their network.

    Put this in a 'Hobby Room' that we use sparingly but didn't have the ability to stream content. Not as quick as ROKU which just requires you to turn on the TV, but since you cast from your phone, makes searching for content quicker than using the on-screen ROKU keyboard. Pleased with the purchase for the use that it gets; if we were to use this more though, we'd probably have opted for ROKU with voice remote or Fire TV w/ Alexa.

    I purchased Chromecast at the urging of my 16 year-old son. I rely on Netflix for my TV/Movie viewing needs, but was looking for something more reliable than the out-dated Wii I had been using. We walked in to our local Best Buy, asked a couple of questions, which were answered very courteously, and walked out 10 minutes later. My son hooked it up & I couldn't be happier & have recommended it to everyone who comes over!
