Just buy a Roku
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly I thought this was a good idea, until I realized that it is a streaming from a tablet or phone device. I was hoping it could connect to the internet by itself and run programs through it, but I was sadly mistaken. Also Where I live doesn't have the best reception and I literally spent 5 minutes waiting for a show to start streaming, watched for 20 seconds and then had to wait 5 more minutes of loading to watch another 20 seconds. Maybe they have changed them since I got mine, but I have been burned by this product. Google does amazing stuff, but in my honest opinion this was not fully thought out.

Best Streaming Device on the Market
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best streaming device on the market. It is the cheapest and they are adding more apps all the time. Turns every TV with an HDMI port into a smart TV. Its even cheaper to buy a not smart TV and add a chromecast.

Great but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a lot of movies but it's good if you want to watch those TV programs that you missed or if you don't have cable. However they still have commercials and not a lot of episodes available. Also, you can't use it in a hotel because their internet networks are not configured to support Chromecast. One more thing...it needs a remote control.

Simple and powerful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Chromecast is an easy way of sharing pictures and video on your TV. It can now mirror what you have on your phone so you can show content that is not directly supported by chromecast. Streaming video from a site such as Netflix doesn't run through your phone so you can start the movie, then browse away to use your phone for other things. Developer support is growing and this will only get better.

Limited to certain websites
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needs more sites to be effective . Apple TV is much better!
