Awesome gadget

I bought a small TV to use with this in the bedroom, and now we can stream Netflix and YouTube from our tablet instead of having my laptop out and sitting on one of our laps. Sometimes it won't respond, but I think that is more the iPad's fault than the Chromecast. But that rarely happens and when it does, a simple reboot of the iPad does the trick.

Optional power source to use either USB port from TV or power cord from wall outlet. Experiencing connectivity problems with internet. Had to upgrade internet.

So simple for someone who is not a techie

When someone told me about the Google Chromecast and how easy it was to use, I was thrilled. I have been catching up on a lot of TV shows that I was not able to watch before. There are also a lot of movies that I have been enjoying as well.

It streams up to 1080p and puts out digital surround sound if the tv show or movie is on netflix that way. I would recommend this to anyone who has a netflix account that wants to stream to their television.
