Great for Netflix

If you don't have a gaming console or anything to stream Netflix or YouTube, this is a great alternative. Product works great, just the features are minimal.

Easy Setup and Great Quality

Now I can see Youtube content, broadcast my laptop Chrome to the TV while I am running on my treadmill. I hope we can soon broadcast other kinds of videos (for example from DirecTV) so I can watch my TV contents via Chromecast too.

Great choice for basic streaming

You are limited to the apps that are specified for it, but they seem to be adding more as time goes on. I stream through my phone and it works perfectly. Would definitely recommend as a more basic and cheaper alternative to Apple tv.

When streaming a TV show from a network website, the picture is poor and pixelated, and the streaming starts and stops. I've seen it work better on older TVs but it doesn't appear to do well with up-to-date technology.

ChromeCast allows native android experience with a universal cross platform solution. iPhone users are not left out! When you have friends or family over you can allow them to entertain themselves while you prepare for evenings fest. For $35, its a deal you will love.
