I have downloaded this onto my phone, computer and my daughter's phone. My grandson loves watching his shows and I can control everything from any device while in another room. Makes life so convenient and is better than Comcast On-demand. I now want another one for my living room tv!

I'm glad the Chromecast comes with an a/c outlet plug, because my TV doesn't come with a USB outlet to power the Chromecast. Everything about it is great! It hooks up to my Wi-fi with ease. I like that I can control what I have on my cell phone, like my Netflix etc.. and watch it on TV.

Chromecast is so quick and easy to set up. Our family uses it to stream movies, videos, share pictures, or surf the net on a bigger screen. It's an inexpensive way to turn your older "dumb" TV into a "smart" TV. Love it!

My laptop is 3 yrs old and did not have connection capability to my new Smart TV. A great Best Buy tech recommended the Chrome Cast. Works like a charm........Netflix Utube etc.... I also purchased one as a gift for my son and family. Friends and family are all pleased with the product!

Does exactly what it says. Pick what you want to watch using a smart phone, tablet, or PC and it plays it on the TV. Currently only has support for a few web sources but there are already developers working on some neat stuff. Can't wait to see what it can do when the SDK is out of preview.

It looks like a simple product, but there are too many Google strings attached. You need a PhD to get it fully installed unless you're already a full-time resident of Googleland.

I got this device because my kids are always stealing my phone to watch movies. I don't like them staring at a really small screen, so they could stream to the 32inch tv I put in their room. This lets them watch their movies or shows without the hassle or danger of messing with wires.

For streaming enthusiast, great opportunity to use mobile device. Requires reliable wireless and a special download called "cast browser" which for 99 cents was worth the investment to allow any mp3 website to be cast to the chrome cast.

This little gadget is awesome. I use it to stream my Hulu shows that are only available on the computer directly to my tv. The initial setup was kind of annoying for me, but after playing around with it a bunch, I finally got it working.

Works exactly as advertised. Easy set-up, but can't using Safari so more challenging with Ipad.

The Chromecast is a great device especially for the price, has all the features to turn your Flat Screen into a smart tv with out having to dish out hundreds of extra dollars. FYI, if you have Show Box on your phone or tablet you can use the Mirror feature and watch it on your TV.

we love this product so much that we bought additional ones for our family members. Streamline from the internet beautifully and quiclky. we recommended to anyone that we think would benefit from such a great little device.

Had some complications at first, then referred back to directions, and finally figured out how to make it work. What can be a plus for some and not for others, is that what you are watching also the tv also comes out on your cell phone.

Had to call Fios to change router settings, Chromecast is not as easy as plug and play. Once it is set up it works great but almost returned it while sitting on hold with Verizon for 35 minutes. Would recommend only to someone without Fios.

I use Chromcast more than my DirecTV! Amazing product. I watch full TV series, Anime series, Korean and Japanese dramas (with subtitles), and listen to music with Pandora on my Bose surround sound system. This is too good to be true. I've never had a single problem. Ever. Love it.

Great right out of the beautiful Packaging. Easy Set Up, Works great with tablets and phones! Does not drain battery life of phone/tablet/computer. Those devices work like a remote. Not a Streaming conduit! I hope more apps get developed for the device. Pandora, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime.

The chromecast purchased works when it wants to. Our internet is stable, the chromecast stays charged, and connects to all our devices. However it will only work occasionally without cause the video to be viewed to freeze on screen.

A great little device; excellent if on the road. The streaming is direct to the device once you decide to cast to it - however not many applications available that I use which can cast....

I found the directions totally lacking. It took a lot of research to find out that it does not work with the 99.9% of the apps. Except with the three apps that it comes with, no others work.

Unfortunately this does not work as well as we had hoped. Every time we try to watch anything that has decent resolution it chronically stops playing and shows the "loading" logo. We have barely been able to use it for it's intended use.
