Wish it was more compatible with various apps. Other than that it works well and has great HDMI quality.

at first I didn't get the chromecast because of the lack of uses. Now I've noticed there is much more to do with it. The new guest mode is really awesome! Highly recommend for a cast to any TV device.

I substituted this for my Sony streaming player and its a big improvement from the box...does seem to work better on specific apps versus streaming from internet directly.

This is a fun toy to have at the price. Had a little problem setting this up but once I figured it out, it was great! I understand that RealPlayer has some neat stuff now to work with the Chrome....need to check that out.

I purchased three of them for all the televisions in our house so I don't have to disconnect one in order to use it on another tv. It works great with Netflix which is what I use it on most of the time.

If you don't have a smart tv, this little gadget will do the trick! Lots of apps to choose from. However, sometimes I lose my netflix signal and I have to keep refreshing the app. Other than that, I really enjoy it.

This is upgrading your TV to smart tv,I believe will be more apps to join cast, best way to mirroring your phone or computer,no cable mess and I never had connection issue over wifi..everything I watch without any problem and was good decision to buy this product.

These types of items, (apple tv, smart tv's and the like) have to be putting the squeeze on cable companies, and hopefully will force them improve their services.

I bought this device days ago and o far it has been very usefull for entretainment on the weekends when there is nothing to do and all you want us stay at home and watch a movie on Netflix or lisent to music in Pandora.

You can watch your computer on your TV screen. Especially if you watch the market, this helps you walk around instead of being glued tot he computer. One thing more that I would like to see - watch the computer screen on multiple TV screens around the house.

This thing is awesome! I am going to buy another one for my garage television. The ONLY thing I'd change is the length of the outlet cable as my tv is on the wall.

Use it almost everyday with my netflix! It is simple and easy to use. The setup was a little tricky do if you aren't a technical or computer person then you might need some help setting it up with your wifi. It was not really hard though. Get it! You'll love it!

Its nice device to play contents from laptop, basically it is just an alternative to HDMI Cable, nothing more than that. While pushing video to TV, you cant use your laptop, as you would want to see it in Full Screen mode, unless you are using Netflix of Youtube, because they make it compatible. Video from Amazon Prime are not displayed, because they use Silverlight software which Chromecast doesn't support as of now. I wouldn;t have bought it, if it is not coming with Free 3 Months subscription of Netflix.

This is my 2nd Chromecast that I bought from Best Buy. They both work great for watching youtube etc on my tv by mirroring it from my android tablet. No wires needed. I now have a chromecast on 2 TV's. I have not had any problems with either one. Easy to set up.

Not often do you buy a product with a lot of hype & it IS what it says it's going to be. But this product is amazing. Can't wait until they add a few more options. We have already enjoyed many hours of entertainment, thanks to chromecast. It's a wonderful product.

I bought this device in order to mirror my CPU screen on to my TV screen. I stream through my cpu and then mirror it to my TV... What turned out to be even better was the fact that chromecast could use some apps id stream from my pc... so thats a plus too..

This was bought for my master bedroom to try so that I do't have to buy another cable box. This allows netflix and some other movie platforms. Good buy. Quality was greatly improved when I beefed up my internet speed.

I love this device. It works with all phones and the feature to change the volume using your phone is great. I only wish you could buy one for all televisions. I don't always want to watch what my children watch.

So far, it's been everything advertised. It would be better if they would add support for more services such as Pandora, Amazon Prime, or even streaming from your own files without having to place them in a browser tab.
