Good for the price but could use a better interface and app system. Video is good but is downgraded to 720p using tabbed browsing.

I love being able to cast on my TV, we have the Google Chrome cast on Three of my Televisions.

This is a great product, I dont need a smart tv to stream content from any of my wireless devices to my tv. I already purchase 2 chromecast. Only regret is that after I purchased the items the price went down.

There are some inbuilt apps for which it works great for other sites its not that great.

This item is great you can stream right to your TV from your phone or tablet. It just needs to be able to connect to more apps but other than that this is a great gadget.

Google continues to add access to tons of content for the chromecast. Before I bought it, I read old reviews and people said there were very few options for content. That is no longer the case. You will enjoy it.

This product allows for viewing from a smartphone or laptop to a TV without any connecting between the 2 devices. Great for TV and movie apps like youtube, hulu, espn, etc.

Awesome innovative product, easy to use, but limited apps support like Netflix, YouTube etc. but performance is poor in chrome if you're streaming from other sites in chrome

Needs to compete with Roku3 and Amazon Fire, i.e,, remote, menu, and headset....running back and forth from a computer (or hauling the computer to the living room) is a pain

I didn't read box that WiFi is needed to operate this device so I ended of selling to a friend who uses it just like it was intended. She reports no issuses and works great!

It works great on You Tube but I wish it worked better on general websites so we could watch TV episodes directly from NBC, CBS, etc. I still like it and am glad I bought it.

This is a fun way to share what you're viewing with the rest of the family. I do wish, though, that it worked with my Surface.

This media player does not come with a remote and you have to download an app to your phone to have a remote. Which uses up memory on your phone. You can't use your itunes account to watch movies, listen to music, or rent movies. The prices are not consistent with other media players. You forget you even have it with it being hidden in the back of your tv. Apple tv and Roku atleast come with a remote and pack more features. Save up for a better media device if you can and skip this one. I returned it.

Great product, as I do not have a smart tv, though this gave me the streaming capability I wanted from a smart tv, I can now happily use Pandora radio, and Netflix while controlling either from my iPad or iPhone.

I bought this items instead of similar stand-alone devices since I had an iPad and Android phone that I could use to push programs to the ChromeCast device. Best device if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Don't like that it doesn't have a remote. Bought It for my dad to have in the garage and was upset when I had to find an old iPhone he can use to control the devise.

Son took this with him to college and now he can watch videos, etc in his apartment which has limited cable channels. He can watch anything from his tablet or Android phone.

Oh my god! It does its job! We can skype from our loved ones into the big screen. I love watchig movies or videos,so this chromecast is all i need. Plus i can play games from my phone into the big screen tv!

We received this as a free gift along with another purchase and although it's cool, it's not super practical at home. BUT, while traveling I can seet it coming in handy.

This is wonderful for the price. I wish it had a remote. I hate having to use my phone all the time. But other than that, if you don't have a streaming device it is perfect!
