at first I buy the first day but the set up information is not explain clearly take more then 8 hours to find out how to set .........only good for pc still apple tv is eazy

I think this is a very good product but it would be better if it would allow streaming of any movie or photos stored on your PC or smartphone. Also if there were more sources like Netflix available to stream from.

I love the way I can stream to my tv without slowing down or occupying my computer or phone with the bandwidth required for video. Couldn't be happier. Note, the unit does get hot, but the manual notes this.

I bought this for someone else and they had a hard time to get it installed. We tried it at home,no problems. We still have to discover what you really can do with it.

Great once you figure out how to load the rest of the apps. Only came with Netflix ability and just had to download rest. Great to be able to go watch the apps from the Ipad on the big tv while working out now!

Things I love about my Chromecast: #1- super easy to setup #2- loads content much quicker than most smart tv apps I have used #3- the concept of phone or mobile device as remote is the way it should be. Things I don't love about the Chromecast: #1- little bit laggy with pausing and sometimes with trying to use controls when doing something else on device and trying to return #2- wish it had support for more applications i.e. spotify. I think it's a great device and especially for the price it's affordable to have more than one so you an enjoy streaming on any tv in your house.

I use my Chromecast for everything since you can now screen cast from all devices and I got to say it really is one of the best purchases I've ever made!

I have two of these. One on my bedroom TV and one on the living room TV. I love being able to pause a movie on Netflix in my bedroom and resume it in my living room without starting another piece on equipment.

Works well with limited app support so far. Wifi not as strong as many other devices, so I may have to buy a wifi repeater. Very low cost, so why think too hard... Try it.

Nice addition to my video world. I would recommend to anyone who wants to watch movies or shows from an online source but doesn't have a built-in wifi on their television.

I returned this; as I thought that what was viewable in a Chrome browser could be transmitted to the device. Unfortunately, only Android and Chromebooks are compatible.

This has become a everyday piece of equipment in my house. Every TV has one. I love being able to share my screen with my company and being able to set playlists and picture albums.,

I love this little guy. The fact that it came with 3 months of free Netflix was incredible too. Easily allows me to wireless send video to my TV and I can control it all from my Galaxy Note 2. Fantastic device.

This is a great device and the price is great! I have been able to "case" music from Pandora and movies from Netflix from my phone. I have not yet tried my tablet, but I am sure that it will work just as well.

I bought the Chromecast to stream Netflix from my laptop to the TV when I am on the road. Once the connection is made it works as advertised. With strong Wifi, no problems.

Playback is choppy while casting my phone's screen but this feature is still in beta. Everything else works great. I have an Android phone and there are several apps in the Play Store that are compatible

Never got the email for the Play credit. Way past the promised 8 hour window. Customer service transferred me 3 times and just kept putting me on hold. Called the local store and was told to call Bestbuy Customer Service.

I love my chromecast; my family uses it daily to stream netflix, youtube videos, and sometimes to share web pages with chromecast tab beta. The only improvement I'd like to see is a simplified, quicker setup.

Bought this to turn a regular TV into a "semi" smart TV. Bought a new TV to place in a Bedroom and wanted to have the ability to view NETFLIX or AMAZON PRIME movies.

It works great you can stream practically a anything now with all these popular apps getting support for Chromecast I only imagine it will get better !!
