This is one of those gadgets that is just fun...movies, pictures, games, videos.... Instead of watching your favorite vine on a small screen, you can just watch it on TV.

We Love the Chrome Cast, we use it almost nightly now. We don't have cable so it works out great to watch all of our shows that we love to watch. We also love the access to watch things on the internet.

Good deal as it comes with free 3 months of netflix. I wish it could cast purchased movies from itunes though. They need to add other streaming services such as hulu plus.

I have heard that this works great, so I gave it 3 stars. However, my flat screen television is 7 years old and is not adaptable.

great for putting streaming video on my Tv from notebook works well altho had to stop using after about 4 hours as became hot and froze up worked fine after few minutes

great idea, being able to stream from phone, tablet or pc, only compliant is video can be slow if its not netflix or youtube. hopefully amazon and other apps will be added

Works ok and easy to set up, but only works with limited applications. Great for YouTube

Just like the title says. Set it up as directed and couldn't get it to work. Tried for an hour. Not sure if it was me or the device but it does say easy to setup.

Like it and I've recommended it to 2 other people already. They like ut as well and thanked me for the referral. I love how easy it was to get it hooked up and running.

I love being able to whatch music videos on YOUTUBE now on my TV via Chromecast! Instructional videos and old TV shows now can be thrown from your phone to your TV.

This saved me space. I replaced an Apple TV. Although the apps that support Chromecast are kind of scarce right now, I think it has potential. All I used before was Netflix and Hulu and this covers both.

We like to view music videos and you tube, but it isnt that easy to see on small screens, this gadget displays on our 50 in tv! Very cool! I'm sure there is much more we can do, but we'll get it figured out

No Android chrome browser tab casting support. No Netflix app working with a Samsung Tab2 running Android 4.2.2. All I can say is I got the Netflix deal with it. Sign up as new account and piggy back the three free months to make it four. Google support...upgrade to Android 4.3...Thanks, but that's not possible for how long... Netflix...excellent support and help. Bestbuy....Excellent support after making it clear it customer service was important. Google support...left in a ditch to rot. Thanks.

This works great for the alloted applications, but I would like to be able to cast anything from the browser I am watching.

This item keeps the kids off my tablet! Now they can watch netflix on any TV in the house. We also use it when we travel.

We stream a lot of movies and TV. This is perfect and lets us use the computer for other things while streaming. It also eliminates having to use an HDMI cord. The kids use it with their ipad and phones.

Love the way I can watch my Netflix movies in the family room w/o hooking up the laptop. Just turn on the tablet and begin watching movies on my 43" HDTV. Such a small product producing enormous benefits!!!

The Chromecast HDMI Streaming Media Player is letting us view our favorite shows from Netflicks on our TV. That is so much better than a tiny tablet or phone screen.

Pay the extra money and go with Apple TV or Amazon fire. Very hard to set up and can only use a limited select few apps.
