Got this really cheap during 2014 Black Friday. Easiest way to enjoy online video on non-Smart TV's. Does not require a separate remote control, just use your smart phone.

I liked this so much I went back and got a second one for the kitchen! Connecting to Netflix and HBO GO couldn't be easier. Now we can have breakfast with Frank Underwood. :-)

The only problem I have had with it is sometimes it doesn't show up so I can cast to it. But it has been getting better and more consistent.

However, the awesomeness of it depends on the apps that elect to integrates it into their software. They asked if I'd recommend it to a friend, well I bought one for a friend!

YouTube and casting from chrome works excellent. Wish there were more casting options. 720p casting from chrome isn't smooth. 480p works fine.

I was very disappointed with this product. When advertised it seemed like Apple TV at a fraction of the price. You get what you pay for. It was a pain to set up. Too many steps for something that should be plug and play. It also dropped the connection constantly and locked up. Tried watching a movie on net flux and took me almost an hour to watch 15-20 min of the movie. Don't waste your money. You get what you pay for. It's no Apple TV.

Love chromecast, since my TV did not have wifi avalibity i had to go with something different yet in expensive. Love this product would recommend to anyone anytime any day.

Provides a lot of entertainment options for very little money. Just make sure that your TV has HDMI and your computer (or other device) has a compatible operating system.

While watching something off my phone it will freeze or disconnect me and I am constantly having to go and reconnect to the chromecast.

Easy to use but the video hangs and looses the connection a lot.

Good for tv, dvd, blue ray, without Netflix, hulu, and other things like that which are on Google cromecast .product is good for the price

The free netflix deal really made this a good product to try. Synced easily with my Android devices. Just need to wait for more apps to come out that makes use of this product.

The Chrome Cast is great because you don't need any wires. Everything works well except for a little lag in video play from time to time.

I love the Google Chromecast and I have one on every T.V. in my house. There are more and more apps being added making it an device that continues to get better and better

It works as specified for most youtube videos and web pages. However, a lot of other videos including Amazon Prime lag substantially.

Great way to access NetFlix and Youtube on non-smart HDTV w/o bluRay player. Takes some getting used to after set up and image not as sharp.

Cool device for turning any tv into a smart tv but I prefer a fire stick because of kodi

Love how you can show things wirelessly from your laptop on the internet to the big screen. If only u could it from your desktop as well.

Am happy with how this works, my 4 year old has figured out how to cast his cartoons to the TV so he can watch them bigger.

Chromecast is easy to set up and use. It works as advertised without any problems. Maintains great picture and sound quality.
