For such a simple device this little gadget does a ton. Great to share whatever you are looking at right then and there instead of handing your phone to a friend.

If you don't mind casting from your PC and not being able to cast from certain handheld devices I would definitely recommend buying.

Cool concept, very easy to setup and does what it claims. Product feel and packaging appears as quality. It is a niche product that is irrelevant if you have a newer Smart TV. Since they blocked the ability to stream your own content out of the box that makes it less appealing. If you have a smart TV you don't need this product. If you don't have a smart TV but have an HDMI port then you will find value with this product.

Overall this is a very good product. I liked it so much that I bought two and may even purchase a third. I don't own a smart tv and this saved me 100's of dollars.

The Chromecast was easy to set up, straight forward instructions. I had to use my phone to set it up because my computer was running Vista, which is not compatible. I've only had a few glitches with it overall but my main problem is it doesn't work with many sites. Once you get past HBO, Netflix and YouTube then you have very low quality material or too many commercials. More apps would make this an excellent tool.

This seemed to work well, but I didn't need this with the Samsung 8550 which supports connectivity to Samsung products natively.

Can't pass up the price. Great for Netflix, and streaming your Chrome brower to your tv wirelessly. I'd recommend a more powerful wireless router for streaming content.

The wireless HDMI Chromecast does exactly what its supposed to do. It streams easily from iPad or iPhone and graphics are very good!

this is the 3rd one I've purchased! love the 'casting from phone or table. plus the content that doesn't support the plugin u can still 'cast via screen casting.

Is unbelievable this little device do all the tricks that always took me a lot of time and different devices to setup before. Great product, great price, thanks.

It works about half of the time.. Perhaps I need to restart the pc before I use it

Using the chromecast, I can avoid to use wires around the TV and the Computer and that looks good and is better to have everything on WiFi compare with the wires!.

Chromecast is total value for money. It is better than alternatives such as Roku or apple TV when you just need main media streaming.

Great product but sometimes it takes a little while to load. Depending on your internet connection it can have trouble streaming.

Does as it's supposed to. No remote though. Will need to use your phone or tablet as the "controller".

We have a Roku box that doesn't provide internet streaming access. Chromecast does cost-effectively. A Chrome browser plug-in opens the entire internet to streaming.

This product fulfilled all my needs. There is new technology that does more, but this is all I needed at a very economical cost.

It's a great device if you are looking for a cheaper version of apple. I was able to mirror very well what was on my PC and Mac. For a lot less. Great to see movies
