    You must connect to wifi manually to operate, Apple TV is a better choice.

    This stick is supposed to be "plug & play" . Well the "plug" part worked but the "play" never did. Even after spending hours trying to get the Chromecast software to communicate with the stick, and wasting time with the clueless Google staff,it never worked. Time to get a new wireless DVD player.

    Google says there will be apps, but all there is, is really Netflix and youtube. I have PS3 that can do just that. Still waiting for the other apps .... Also was expecting the free 3 months of Netflix that they stop giving out with this purchase.
