was not able to figure out how to show my videos on the TV...maybe I'm missing something...

The device never synced, and tech support was not at all helpful. Eventually returned it.

Lots of skipping and freezing during playback on tv while streaming correctly from laptop

Not intuitive several steps needed to get it to work. Not all content is easily displayed

The price for this is great the performance not so good with out good internet connection.

I wouldn't buy again as is. If this is an indicator of Google's path in its pipeline of products then it isn't the best omen to creativity being only driven by the like minded. It doesn't allow users to explore other ways to use existing services by say Apple iPhone, or even Windows Explorer to be projected on the screen of the interfaced Tv.

Not user friendly. Complicated instructions. Better to buy the competition, Apple TV

Great for phone tablets doesn't work with wireless network

Anything I can do on chromecast, I can do on my wii u. My dad bought it for ease, but it is more difficult to use than my game system. Playback is spotty sometimes and i have no control over pausing videos. Overall, if I did not have the wii u, i would have been happier with it. If you can't afford a wii u, this is a good substitute.

It goes not work from my I-Pad. Very disappointed after all the good reviews and hype. The notation that comes up on the TV after I plugged in the chrome says something is wrong with my router, but my late model "smart" Samsung has no trouble reviewing other streaming data.

It does what it says it does. Not happy or unhappy.

I couldn't get it to work with my existing router even though it was listed as a supported product. It was a cheap router, so I spent $130 on a new one. It worked with Chromecast, but just for one day, then it stopped. When it DID work, I could view pics from my phone.

You need your phone or tablet to use as a remote the is no other way did not like that

My son streams Netflix and MLB network. It's slow sometimes other than that works great.

It worked perfect for about 2 weeks and then it never worked again. A waste of money.

I will follow back up after I talk to the kids to see how they are enjoyed this product.

I misunderstood that if offered access to millions of full length movies. Turned out that most of what I found were 1 to 2 minute "trailers". It takes considerable time to find a program, the menu is mostly documentaries and trailers - then many times are duplicated over and over again on the menu. The offering has a long ways to go.

made the mistake of buying this first cause the girl at the store said I could use my tv remote to operate.Wrong, I don't have a smart phone or a note pad so after the 45 min.or more it took me to set it up I had to get out of bed go into the other room to choose another movie to watch.Took it back the next day and bought a net gear.

I was expecting to be able to display anything that was on my phone, ipad or computer on the TV. There are only a few programs that it works with, not enough for what I wanted to do. Apple TV is a better choice for what I wanted. I ended up giving the 3 I bought as gifts
